Belle maison de plage récemment rénovée à White Marlin Beach à Islamorada. Trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes à l'étage, et salle den / TV en bas avec salle de bain complète. Piscine en forme de rein. Quai de 75 'avec terrasse nouvellement installée. Cuisine et salles de bain rénovées. Grande terrasse couverte à l'étage et en bas.

Cette maison est une maison parfaite loin de chez eux. Une décoration cosy de style plage vous permettra de vous détendre et de profiter de chaque recoin de la maison.

La plage privée de Marlin est à moins d'un pâté de maisons de l'établissement. Profitez de la pêche, de la plongée en apnée, de la plongée, du canotage ainsi que des excellents restaurants d'Islamorada et des environs.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay and really appreciated the owner supplying more than the bare essentials. It seems like such a silly thing but not having to buy toilet paper or dish soap (or coffee filters, etc.) at a place where you're at for a week makes a difference. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location on the canal was fun to watch the boats go by. Communication with the owner was good and we had no issues.

Great time! Lovely Home!

We stayed in this lovely home from the end of July-August this year. It was everything we dreamed it would be. Great location, plenty of room and private. This was my retirement gift to myself as I wanted to recapture our family trips of when the kids and us would come to the Keys every summer to lobster. They aren’t kids anymore! I was happy to bring us all together. So..... Given the time of year, I was a bit concerned that the small pool would heat up too much, but it was cool and refreshing in the morning and not bad at all in the afternoon. Our kids especially loved it at night. It was the perfect size for cooling off after a hot day on the boat. The beds were very comfortable and we liked that there was a TV in every room, so you could escape the activity of a room full of chatter! The bait freezer was especially appreciated as we filled it with lobster and fish (well, not all the way!). The owners were quick to address any issues we had. Friendly and courteous. We accidentally left something behind and Adriana shipped it back to us, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Fantastic waterfront home! Great area and great fishing!

We travelled to Islamorada for the first time this year for our month long family vacation. We have always stayed in the Treasure Island area but decided to try the keys and we are glad we did! The home is fully fenced along he road and sides down to the water. We travel with our 2 dogs and they loved it. We closed the gate and we didnt have to worry about them. There is a large area under the house to sit in the shade and still enjoy the pool. The pool is great to cool off on the hot days, which turned out to be every day. We brought our boat and docked it along the front of the waterfront where there was ample room and bumpers to avoid any damage. The canal is only 2 turns to the Gulf and open water. No wasted time in no wake zones and bridges, straight out in 2 minutes and the Atlantic is only 5 minutes away. Lots to see and entertain our 3 kids right at the dock with several manatee and lots of fish. My daughter caught a 5 foot shark while night fishing off the dock. We also hooked several monster tarpon right at the dock. They put up a great fight jumping several feet out of the air before spitting the hook back at us (and laughing). The bait freezer and ice maker got lots of use during our stay. The house itself was fantastic with great island decor and very well layed out. The upstairs patio/veranda off the kitchen area was one of our favourite places in the early morning and evenings. The kids had smores in the firepit while fishing for the sharks in the canal. The downstairs is a great self contained apartment style area with it's own bathroom. Double doors open out to overlook the pool with large screen TV's in almost every room of the house . The private beach was a great place for the kids to play and tube in the water and also a great place to watch the sunsets! The house is close to Robbies which is a must see for everyone and feeding the tarpon is a great experience. We also drove to Key West 2 different days, once for the famous sunset ceremonies at Mallory Square when all the street performers come out. It was a great place to people watch and buy souvenirs at the Duval Street shops. We had a great trip and any questions we did have, the owners Adriana and Robert were very quick to answer. We cant say enough nice things about the house, location, pool, dock, beach, owners....it was an amazing vacation! Thanks and hope to see you again! Beautiful paradise!

Beautiful property, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space. The only down side, it’s on a main road with a lot of traffic. Once in the nice privacy gate, you almost forget about it. Hosts were very kind and welcoming. I would return!

perfect place for us

The home is gorgeous, there are several places to lounge and relax, not just by the pool. Our grand daughter loved the pool! The owner is very easy to work with and we had a great time. Dock was perfect for our boat, just a short ride to the bay.

Very comfortable home with everything we need for a one month stay

Great neighborhood. Especially if you are here to be adventurous. We kept our boats out back. Had plenty of power and space. The heated pool is awesome every day after a day on the water. We cooked almost all our meals at home and had plenty of space and appliances and pots and pans, etc. excellent yeard. Very well maintained and the Owners are super accomodating.

great for families who love to fish, dive & just be out on the water!

We were out fishing or diving nearly every day! Upon return we took a refreshing dip in the pool. We cooked our fish or lobster in the well equipped kitchen almost nightly. The bedrooms were all very comfy & baths well appointed. There was an icemaker outside to fill the coolers daily before heading out as well as a chest freezer for bait, etc. Plenty of dock space for our 18ft flats & 28ft center console boats. There was a fish cleaning station & water & power on the dock. The owner was very nice, answered all my many questions. We hope to enjoy another vacation here next summer!

Great home for families.

The house was just perfect for our family vacation. We rented the house for a month. The dockage for our 33' boat was great and had a nice area to clean fish. The pool was perfect after a long hot day on the boat. The pool was very warm but we put a tent over it to shade from the sun and it worked great. The small ice machine and freezer was great for extra ice and a place for our bait. The area under the house was our hangout for sure every morning and evening. The house was very well stocked with pots pans and dishes. The only thing we had a problem with was parking vehicles. We had to put our trailers in storage. And not having a tv in the living room upstairs, but had one downstairs so we made it work. But they did have a tv in each bedroom which was a big plus for our family. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We rented this house for the month of April for a vacation with family visiting from England. The house was lovely and satisfied our every need. The location was perfect and only minutes to walk to the private White Marlin beach. The beach was great and much nicer than all the others that we visited during our stay. The water was perfect. Sometimes we were the only people on the entire coastline. The pool was very much appreciated by our granddaughter and with the canal behind we were constantly visited by birds and manatees. This is such a relaxing part of the world, we had a great vacation. I would not hesitate to go back again next year.

Lovely home away from home.

We loved this house. It was clean, comfortable and updated. Nice saltwater pool. Plenty of seating options inside and out. Nice friendly safe neighborhood. We loved the fact that the property was surrounded on three sides by a privacy fence. It made us feel safe and secure! The private beach was a block away! The owners were courteous and professional. They were proud of their home, and answered any questions or concerns that we had. We will definitely be returning next year!

We stayed here for the first time and the house was absolutely amazing. The house was clean and up to date it had everything you needed. The AC was cold, the pool temp was great. There were plenty places around the property you could sit and relax. Not that I was able to do that with two small kids. The place had a electric gate that was also a plus you didn't have to worry about leaving your stuff outside and not worry about your kids running in the street because the house is so close to the road. They also had a ice maker which was a big help not having to go buy ice everyday. A couple time it stopped working but 5 out of the 7 days it worked. Ocean and Gulf assess was quick to get too. The boat ramp was only about 2 miles down the road. We didn't fish but they had a freezer to store your bait if you had too. I will stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We rented this property for the month of July and loved every minute of it. Every year we rent in the same neighborhood, but this was the first house that had a pool and I had severely underestimated how much we would use it. Every day after coming back from fishing, the family ended up relaxing in the pool until dinner time and it really became our favorite part of the day. Speaking of fishing, we have a 35' center console and the canal was plenty wide enough and deep enough to turn around. The dock was concrete with well maintained bumpers and cleats and the boat was perfectly fine without having to put out additional fenders. The neighbors on each side are friendly and even checked on my boat when I was back up in Miami for a few days at a time. Finally, the owners of the house were wonderful to work with. They checked on our well being a couple of times during the month to make sure we found everything to be satisfactory, but they were not overbearing and they did not hover around the house watching our every move. We've had owners who control the thermostat from their cell phones and watch security camera feeds from their house and call every time a guest comes to visit to remind us that that person is not on the lease. The owners of this house only seem interested in their guests completely enjoying their stay and they succeeded in our case! We would definitely rent this house again. Steve

The perfect family Vacation home

I want to tell you how great this home and owners are. The home was immaculate and very well stocked with everything and more than you would need. The dog didn't want to leave either. The yard was fenced for privacy and very shaded ! The pool was cleaned every week on time. The beach access was awesome to watch the sunsets at in the evening. Our family and friends that came to visit us during the month we stayed there was extremely comfortable and impressed. We could not ask for more

We stayed from April 2 through April 9. The house was perfect. We had 6 teenagers and 4 adults. We fit with no issue, the apartment (what we called it) down stairs was perfect for the kids to hang out and crash at night after a long day on the ocean. The bedrooms are large. The AC is cold. The owners have thought of everything from a large collection of DVDs to a game of Yahtzee. I think we may have worn out the dice. The location is great. Away from the busy larger cities, but still close enough when you have a need. I can not stress enough the beauty of this area. We have all done a fair amount of traveling, the ocean in this area is simply amazing. Stay at this house, rent a boat for a few days. Bring your family, and explore the Keys. Your family will grow closer.

Spring Break 2016

House was great had everything we needed. Owner even dropped off new beach chairs when we asked if they were available. Asked my three kids if they wanted to do the keys again next year and all said yes without hesitation. Brought the boat along as well and it worked out awesome.

Great property!

My husband and I rented this home the week of Thanksgiving. We chose this one because it looked newer and fresher than others that were listed. We also had planned on bringing our little dog, and it has a fenced yard with a little grass. Even though we ended up not bringing the dog, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very easy to work with! The house was clean and furnished beautifully in beach-themed decor. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart that came with the house as well as the pool. It truly felt like our home away from home for the week. Very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. The only thing I would mention is that it is on the south side of Islamorada, so it is a short drive 10-15 min to most restaurants, etc. it's nice because it's more quiet than being in the middle of everything. There is a little store at the end of the street that makes it convenient to pick up a few items that you may have forgotten to bring. There is also a neighborhood private beach on the bay side. Very nice.

The Big Chill, Islamorada Style

As hotel owners, this was my husband and my first experience with a VRBO property. And what a fabulous experience it was! I was put in charge of finding a VRBO for us and 2 other couples for our "Big Chill" vacation. I chose this property as it is conveniently located in the what we consider to be the most beautiful section of the Florida Keys, Islamorada. Another criteria we had was that it had to have docking space for our boat and paddle boards. We are 3 active couples who enjoy our water sports; including snorkeling, fishing and paddle boarding. We were pleasantly surprised to drive up and find this wonderful Keys style home, strategically located on the water to allow easy access by our boat to both Florida Bay and the Atlantic in just minutes. We turned the key to find our accommodations for the week adorably decorated with a fresh, updated coastal theme. The inside and outside of this property was immaculately maintained. We loved having the well stocked modern kitchen to prepare most of our meals, (we had a chef/retail seafood store owner amongst us). There was a golf cart available for our use to travel down to the private beach, a beautiful outdoor dining and lounging area with pool and a great dock area. There was even a commercial ice maker to meet our needs for the week for our coolers. We were excited to have a good size outdoor grille to prepare the fish we caught. This VRBO owner has thought of every thing to outfit this house to make one's vacation effortless and enjoyable. The owner of this home was very attentive from the beginning of the booking process, through to our departure, to make sure we had all our questions answered and our needs met. The 6 of us agreed that we would definitely highly recommend this property and we all look forward to the opportunity to visit here again.

Amazing, amazing, amazing - stay here!

Oh, a beautiful home for a beautiful vacation. Wonderfully decorated with all of the little details thought through for a wonderful week stay in Islamorada. The kitchen was well stocked - even things like tupperware for leftovers! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck with a view of the canal for meals or down by the pool at the 6-person table for kids in the pool time. We enjoyed the extra privacy of the gated "driveway". Quick, easy access to a nice beach - very gradual and shallow was great for the smaller kids with a nice weed bed off to the side for some close-to-shore snorkeling. Sheets and mattresses were good quality which is a nice bonus touch. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I can't imagine anyone not having a great time here.

Have your boat in the backyard

Lovely house, beautifully decorated in fact, we relocated items we were afraid would be damaged during our 3 month stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and I enjoyed using it. The dining table held 6, but there is another table in the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The house has a 75 ft dock, but about half was in use, but that left plenty of space for us to park and the location was conveniently close to an ocean outlet. Several of us with knee problems wished we didn't have to walk up the front stairs, but during our time there most of us improved, so the exercise was a good thing.

Great rental property!

We stayed at Villa Casita for two weeks and really had a wonderful time. House is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Beach is so close and so relaxing although not dog friendly so fido was staying home. Wild life is everywhere. We had chance to meet neighborhood pet - manatee right there in the cannel. Iguanas , pelicans, herons can be seen all the time from the terrace. Kids were having fun in the small pool constantly. As soon as we entered the door of this villa our vacation started . Very relaxing!! I cook a lot and have to say that kitchen was pleasure to spend time in !!!

My husband and I discovered White Marlin Beach back in 2011, when we bought a vacation home here and would visit on the weekends. We fell in love with the peace and tranquility of the area and four years ago we moved here permanently. We enjoy interior design, building and hosting guests which fits perfectly with our current objectives of delivering an amazing experience for our guests in our Vacation Rentals.

White Marlin beach is a great neighborhood. We enjoy the private beach park, bike rides around the neighborhood, and boating/fishing in the bay and ocean sides. We love the local restaurants as well as visiting local sights like the Dolphin Research Center in Grassy Key and the Turtle hospitas in Marathon. We also enjoy visiting Key West for a day or weekend trip.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The property is tastefully decorated and designed to welcome our guest to a home away from home. The access to a private beach makes the home unique as there are very few private beaches in the area. The private dock and pool complete a perfect spot for families, groups and couples to throughly enjoy their vacation in the Florida Keys
