Spacious 3 story home with elevator, stunning porches, and reverse floor plan

This elevated six bedroom custom built private home has a rooftop deck perfect for sun bathing and capturing small peeks of the Atlantic!

Spend the sunny days out at the beach and return to the private outdoor shower with a changing area. Then as the sun sets enjoy the calming sea breeze from the comfort of rocking chairs and loungers on each balcony. Don’t rush inside to eat, you can also grill up a delicious meal on the outdoor gas grill (Located behind the house in backyard).

Inside you will find a spacious gourmet kitchen, large den with state-of-the-art entertainment system, and two master suites (one with a Jacuzzi tub). All of the bedrooms have plush carpet and Flat-screen cable TVs. For addition comfort there are ceiling fans throughout the home, a gas fireplace, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This home has an elevator with access to all levels, with exception of roof level. **Please keep in mind that access from the garage ground level does require an approximate 10'' step to enter elevator cab.

Family Gathering

We had several family members coming from out of town for a wedding. We all wanted to stay together to catch up. This house had plenty of bedroom space to accommodate as well as comfortable open living space for us all to sit and chat. Clean house, easy beach access (a little bit of a longer walk than expected but still not bad). Highly recommended.

Good house for a big group

Reviewer Comments: The open living/dining/kitchen area is great for hanging out with a large group. The space has good light. Short walk to the beach. Nice trees surrounding the house. Lots of bird sound. Wonderful porches and rooftop deck. We had a nice time in this house. Only complaint is that the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. Knives aren't good and the pots and pans are not great. The kitchen is much nicer than its tools.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great house for large family with an easy walk to the beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which gave everyone plenty of space. It was lacking some kitchen items that are typically found in this type of property-plastic cups/plates for kids, utensils and expect to bring soap, trash bags, paper towels etc. Also surfaces were overall clean but noticed some moldy shower liners and it seemed like all the dishes were slightly dirty. This might be due to the dishwasher being on its last leg. Overall would great house that could use a little TLC.

We have nothing to complain about the property. The accommodations were fabulous, but one of the owners came to work on one of the bedrooms and we did not let them in because we were not informed that they would be coming.

Perfect vacation house

My family enjoyed the rocking chairs on the main deck and the deck on top of the house and appreciated the outdoor shower. Kitchen is very well stocked. Elevator was helpful for some family members.

My job is to fine the place the meets everyone’s requirements, elevator, bathrooms and bedrooms. We aren’t sharing a bed. We loved the gathering area and privacy of bedrooms. This house did that despite no tissue and single ply TP. AND then our water was turned off. No one admits responsibility but I have an idea the owner may have a governor on water consumption. It was very frustrating trying to get help but finally it was fixed by a very professional young lady, Kylie?? We were thinking of getting this house for next year but now, not sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a great location! We loved staying here for Memorial Day Weekend. It was large enough to fit all guests and was a short walk to the beach. The porch and rooftop deck were a bonus. The house did not, however, have dish soap or enough trash bags and paper towels — which was inconvenient. We had difficulty contacting maintenance and ended up buying the supplies ourself.

House has Great Bones but Upkeep is an Issue

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House overall is terrific, we really enjoyed the location and space. Very nice in that sense. However the upkeep is lacking ... pillows are beyond cheap and even with that they have threatened you by writing with large markers to not steal them. How chintzy can it get?? TV remote only worked when you stood right in front of the set itself (even with new batteries), all other amenities were aging and not in best condition. Finally, did not appreciate a phone call from the owner himself threatening to kick us out of the house on Thanksgiving night (!!) if our teenage grandchildren didn't get off the roof. Appreciated the heads-up they were somewhere they shouldn't have been but a threat like that on the first call? On Thanksgiving night?? Totally inappropriate and un-appreciated.

Christmas on Isle of Palms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. There was room for all of us to spread out. The young adults loved the roof deck, and the elevator was a life saver for Grandma who recently had knee surgery and couldn’t climb stairs. The kitchen was large and had almost everything we needed. The under house parking was nice, as we didn’t have to unload groceries and luggage in the rain. The only negative is the living room furniture is a bit worn and a couple of the pieces were uncomfortable to sit on. The house is in a great location, with easy access on and off the island.

Family beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house at Isle of Palms. We love the location. It is a great space for our large family. There is plenty of space to work in the kitchen. The elevator is great for hauling in groceries and for some of the family that is having health problems. Den furniture(couches and chairs) could use an update. They are getting worn. We love Isle of Palms and this is definitely one of our favorite houses that we have stayed in.
