Vacances à Aruba dans notre villa privée chic, qui est une combinaison parfaite de l'élégance moderne, confort et intimité. Il est idéalement situé à seulement quelques minutes de Eagle Beach, voté à nouveau par Tripadvisor en 2019 et possÚde la 3Úme plus belle plage du monde! La villa est bien situé à proximité de restaurants fabuleux d'Aruba, les épiceries et les hÎtels de faible hauteur. Notre villa bien aménagée (3100 sq ft) est entiÚrement climatisée et dispose de spacieux salons et salles à manger, une cuisine moderne, 4 chambres (2 lits king et 2 lits queen) avec 3 salles de bain avec eau chaude (avec jacuzzi) baignoire dans la salle de bain principale) une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire et une buanderie. Notre maison a été rénovée et entiÚrement redécoré récemment. Le style est européenne moderne avec un mobilier en cuir blanc, appareils en acier inoxydable et comprend toutes les commodités. L'arriÚre-cour dispose d'une grande piscine creusée, d'un barbecue et d'un espace repas et détente spacieux idéal pour se divertir ou se détendre sous les étoiles. La villa peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, avec 3 chambres à coucher dans la maison principale et une chambre dans un appartement privé attenant à la maison avec sa propre salle de bains et une entrée séparée.

Vie en plein air: les plages d'eau turquoise cĂ©lĂšbre et le sable mou d'Aruba sont Ă  proximitĂ©. D'autres activitĂ©s populaires comprennent la plongĂ©e avec tuba, la planche Ă  voile, kite surf, la voile et la pĂȘche hauturiĂšre. Maison trĂšs confortable et spacieuse. Cuisine extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e...il n’y a pas de four mais avec le BBQ c’est parfait. Denis a rĂ©pondu rapidement Ă  toutes nos interrogations.

Great House!!

This home is beautiful and amazing!! Our group of 7 enjoyed the spacious home for a week. Denis is a Great Host! He was easy to reach and quick to respond. The location is great, we were able to walk to the Renaissance Mall. The neighbors were very friendly. The home included Beach chairs and a Cooler with ice packs which was Perfect for the Beach! Also there were plenty of beach towels and the pool was really warm. I would definitely recommend this Home to others.

Great VRBO!

Great VRBO! The kitchen is very nice, bedrooms are roomy. Pool is awesome! Owner offered to let us stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled, which could have been a lifesaver to not have to stay in the airport. Highly Recommend.

Great family vacation home!

House was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The owner was very cooperative throughout the rental process and provided excellent instructions for orienting us to the property. My family had an incredible vacation and felt right at home. We look forward to revisiting Aruba and will definitely rent this house again.

House was very spacious...

This was our first trip to Aruba and first time using VRBO. Neither let us down... The pictures do the house justice; however, furniture is definitely worn. Bedroom off the kitchen did not have hot water for showers but we made do as outside temps helped keep lukewarm water. Enjoyed the pool every morning and evening... So wished they had an oven AND an iron for clothing but those are not deal breakers. Annie and Basil were the best! Note for newbies... You absolutely need GPS as the signage is terrible...

Great House for a Family Vacation!!

The house was exactly as we expected. The kids used the pool everyday, it was a quick drive to the beach, and the house was large with a great layout. Annie and Basil were great, available for any questions that came up and took care of anything that was needed. We will definitely seek out this same house on our next visit to Aruba!!

Bitter Sweet

My overall experience with the property was good. I enjoyed the spacious villa, comfortable furniture and bedrooms, the privacy that the villa provided as well as the decor of how the villa was arranged. Unfortunately, the better qualities of the villa doesn't match up with the poor experience I'm currently facing with the managers of the property. Although they appeared friendly and somewhat accommodating; the end result was very disappointing with little to no chance of suggesting nor recommendation this villa space to anyone else. After restoring the villa space to its original condition with no damages, complaints, nor missing items - the landlord and property manager refused to return my security deposit; providing no proof or evidence as to why they decided to keep the deposit; completely tarnishing the relationship. With little to no assistance from Homeaway.com. Nice villa.

Lovely home & location

The house is gorgeous! Very clean. The lounge furniture in the picture wasn't all there. There was a table, some chairs, & two lounge chairs. There was issues with the hot water but we made do. Make sure you ASK for the water situation to be explained! House was perfect for 7 girls there for a bachelorette party!

Great vacation home!

Although this is not a beach property, but located in a residential neighborhood in Oranjestad - it was a great vacation home for the two of us and two other couples. The home is very spacious, clean and well decorated. There is a huge kitchen with all amenities. There is a stove top and microwave, but no oven for baking, but there is a gas grill outside so we were able to cook in several meals with no issues. The swimming pool in the back is the perfect size for a small group, where we spent time almost every day after returning from the beach, or other excursions. The home sleeps 8 and also offers a full size washer and dryer and clothes lines for hanging wet swimsuits and towels, etc. There are 2 full baths in the main house (attached to two of the bedrooms, and another full bath in the 4th bedroom that is accessed from a separate entrance than the main house. We did not use this area as it had a strange smell at the time of our visit. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main house. There is a secured garage where we kept our rental van, plenty of beach and lawn chairs, a nice patio table for outside meals and lots of seating room in the house for lounging or having meals, drinks, etc. Annie the housekeeper and Basil the house manager were very pleasant, met us at the prearranged times for key exchanges, etc. Really nice people. I would consider staying here again if I ever go back to Aruba, and I would recommend this home for anyone who is ok with having a non-beach resort experience, and who prefers more of a "home" atmosphere. Great experience!

Perfect time in Aruba

Originally my husband and I rented this villa for a getaway for the cold winter in Wisconsin, and then at Christmas we found out my mother in law was terminally ill and brought the family to stay. It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. This villa was perfectly located in Aruba, close to the airport, shopping,dining and off road vehicle rentals. We explored all of Aruba by land and sea. We ate at some great restaurants, one favorite place was the Westdock. The villa was perfect for grandma to relax and be in a quiet outdoor without all the tourist. We did yoga every morning on the patio and were able to cool off after in the pool. The housekeepers were great, always there if we needed them by phone. I would love to bring some of my yoga students here for a retreat! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. Looks exactly like the pictures, so no unwanted surprises. The only problem we encountered was that the AC in the master bedroom broke down after our first night there. We reached out to the housekeeper who was very helpful. Even though the technicians did not fix the AC for the remainder of our stay, her willingness to help really did make us feel better. The house is not a far drive from beaches and markets so we were able to comfortably make breakfast daily and then enjoy the big lounging area with a big TV. Definitely will book this house again next time we're in Aruba! Thank you, Isabel!

Nice House just a short drive from everything

We enjoyed staying at this home. We had 6 adults in our group and were happy to have the four bedrooms. Only a couple of small things keeps me from giving excellent rating. One bedroom is open above the wall to the main part of the house. So if the rest of the house is up is not condusive to quiet. Liked the multiple baths. But one toilet was running occasionally and we had to shut off the water supply at night because it was a bit annoying. Pool was nice to freshen up in after a day at the beach. Definitely need a car. Just five minute drive from the beach and the main shopping. And there are spots you will want to drive to for beaches and dinner. Many grocery stores in area so having a kitchen is nice. We did not use the stove as we ate out most nights. Lots of space in the house to spread out. Very comfortable and clean. All the amenities of home plus. If we ever came back would have no problems with staying here again.

A perfect stay! Have already booked for next year!

Magnifique! I'd defitely recommend this superb Villa. At first, I should mention that the house is very clean. Both inside that outside, everything is spotless. The second important thing to me is the safety. I use to run alone early in the morning. I' ve run every single day without ever having worry. Neighborhood and surrounding are very safe. The house, as mentioned, is spacious and modern. I've appreciated the pool. After a long day at the beach, it was nice to relax. I must say that the Aruba beaches are the most beautiful that I ever seen! I've already booked with Isabelle for next year!

Great Stay! Will Stay Here Again!

As a long time frequent traveler to Aruba, I'd definitely recommend this great Villa. I booked five days in early February, Isabel was very responsive and it was very easy to schedule/reserve. Upon our arrival we met Annie who manages and cleans the property, she was also very nice and accommodating. The house is as pictured, very clean, with a modern contemporary design that flows very well. There is a large room off the patio area that serves as a main living room. It can be closed off to the main house area and you can open the sliding windows and doors. It makes a nice airy space that's great to relax and lounge around in. The Master bedroom was very comfortable with a great master bath. The other traveler with me found his room/ suite to be very comfortable as well. It also had it's own bathroom. There is a privacy wall around the entire parameter of the property and it gives you a great sense of privacy. As is the case with practically all of the villas I've stayed at, I would highly recommend a rental car, and with that you should find the location a very central and handy one. The neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors that we saw occasionally were always quick to smile and wave. We'll stay there again, it's a great value.
