MEME LE JARDIN A UNE FORMIDABLE VU DU LAC ET DE SES BEAUX VILLAS!La cuisine separee et bien equipee' pour ceux qui voulent profiter d'un repas a l'interieur tout en dehors.Les clients pouvent profiter de la vue splendide sur le lac confortablement assis sur le patio pour un aperitif ou un verre. Dans la zon nuit,nous trouvons un chambre spacieuse avec access au patio et au jardin.Une deuxieme chambre avec deux lits simples donnant sur le patio du jardin. Un saille de bain spacieuse complete ce lieu .La maison se trouve dans la premiere branche du lac de Como, caracterisée par la formidable visuelle des villes plus prestigieuses(que tu peux voir de ton jardin) comme Villa d'Este, , Villa Versace, Villa Erba, Villa Olmo, Villa Saporiti, Villa Gallia et beaucoup d'autres. Visible le glacier du Monte Rosa, renomÚ par son couleur rose. A BLEVIO vous pouvez trouver un petit supermarche' ( La Dispensa),propose un service de location de bateaux a moteur ( Lake Artists), Wakeboard sup,kayak,yoga ,et a cote' du lac,vous trouverez le restaurant Momi.Pres du restaurant il ya l'embarquement public des bateaux pour faire du tourisme. BLEVIO nes't pas seulement de l'eau et de la natation, mais aussi monte et des excursions. L'apartement se trouve au niveau d'un jardin italienne, equippÚ avec chaises longues canape',et fauteuils, et une table avec la vu du lac......
De notre chaises longues vour pourrez regarder le feux d'artifice qui seront explosĂšs sur le lac dans les suivantes dates

What a charming villa! Lina, our hostess is so wonderful. She gave us great tips where to eat, what to see most during our short stay at Lake Como. We would go back to Villa Lugaresi again.

Wonderful vacation with a great host

We spent almost 3 weeks in Blevio and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, the garden and the view breathtaking and Lina is the perfect host! We felt like home and will definitely come back 😊 Thanks Lina for everything!

Lovely lake como vila

We absolutely loved our stay at the vila of Lina. She was the best host we could hope for offering many tips on what to do in lake Como and Milan. The villa is very sweet and the view outstanding. She has a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax however if you come in the busy summer month be aware that the road can be quiet noisy but it didn’t bother us and we slept really good.

Marvellous view on Como lake and very warm and friendly welcome of the host!

This appartment had a very good price-quality rate. The house is spacious enough for 4 people (living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms). The most impressive was the view over the Como lake from the terrace of the appartment! Lina, the host has given us many tourist tips such as best place to take the boat to Belaggio, great restaurants (Momi!), and private boat trip
 We had many nice conversations with Lina via her translation app in English. Thank you Lina for your great hospitality!

10 out of 5 stars with Lina!

We could not have imagined a better stay at Lina’s villa. We traveled for the first time to Lake Como from Philadelphia USA. Linas accommodations were so relaxing with unbelievable views of Lake Como. Lina was such a wonderful hostess and provided many recommendations of different restaurants and places to go see. She went above and beyond in so many ways and helped us with everything we needed. Even with needing to use google translate to communicate we felt such a warm connection with Lina. I will be recommending Linas villa to anyone I know looking to travel to Lake Como. Absolutely would stay here again and again!

Apartment with a wonderful view in Blevio

There was a wonderful view from the villa and the beautiful garden over the lake. The apartment was very spacy and cosy. It was well equipped with everything we needed, except that one of the ovens did not work. The hostess, Lina, was very friendly and provided a lot of useful information about the area and activities. The only reason why we only give the apartment 4 stars and not 5 is the noisy road, which is located next to the villa. It is most noisy during the daytime. There was a garage, which we could use for our car and bikes. It is, however, quite difficult to get the car in and out of the garage due to the busy road, so we ended up almost not using our car. However, it is easy to get around on bike or by bus. It is also possible to take the ferry from Blevio (not many departures) and Como.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lina’s apartment. She is such a kind and generous host and went out of her way to make our stay so lovely. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has stunning views of Lake Como. Lina spent lots of time providing suggestions of things to do and how to get there. She printed off bus schedules for us and has a great information book that has ideas for places to visit and the ferry schedule. As Canadians, even though our Italian is not very good and her English is limited, we communicated easily and we had lots of laughs talking through her translation app. Lina also booked us a reservation at Momi, which we highly recommend as the restaurant is right on the lake and the views are spectacular and the food was amazing! We chose to use transit to get around, but if you hire a car, she has a garage right next to the property where you can park. You can tell that Lina is very passionate about Lake Como and this shows in how she treats her guests. The only thing I would suggest is to bring ear plugs, as the road below her can get a bit noisy in the early morning. Luckily we always travel with them, so we were able to have quiet sleeps. The apartment is close to the bus stop, and the Blevio pier, but this is a smaller pier and isn’t visited as often as the other larger towns. On the plus side it’s also much less busy. There is a garage with room for a small car (which we would recommend for the narrow roads around Como) or a scooter.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin

Wir sind mit dem Ziel in den Urlaub gefahren, einige Tage zu entspannen. Das hat in der Unterkunft hervorragend funktioniert. Die Lage, die Aussicht und die Unterkunft waren einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick auf den See vom Appartement aus ist einfach schön gewesen. Lina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Hat uns in allen Angelegenheiten freundlich unterstĂŒtz und Tipps ĂŒber AusflĂŒge gegeben. Wir werden voraussichtlich das Appartement in Zukunft wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Ten eerste vonden wij Lina een super lieve gastvrouw! Het appartement was daarnaast heel netjes. Bovendien was het uitzicht prachtig. Ontbijten met zo’n uitzicht, wie wil dat nou niet. ‘s Avonds vanaf het terras van het appartement genoten van vuurwerkshows aan de overkant van het meer.

Villa Hotensia

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Bereits vor der Anreise wurden wir ĂŒber Whatsapp umfangreich mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt Die einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im Paterre des im italienischen Villenstil gebauten Hauses. Die dicken WĂ€nde sorgen selbst bei hohen Außentemperaturen fĂŒr ein angenehmes Klima in der Wohnung. Von der Veranda und dem angrenzenden, von Hortensien eingrahmten Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Was man wissen muss: das Anwesen liegt etwas oberhalb der stark befahrenen Hauptverkehrsstrasse, um zur Wohnung zu kommen muss mann einige Stufen nach oben gehen. Die Einfahrt in die direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegende Garage ist zeitweise etwas abenteuerlich. Einen Gehweg gibt es leider nicht. Mit dem PKW ist man jedoch berets nach ca. 5-10min in Como. (Ich empfehle hier das mit 1,50 €/h relariv gĂŒnstige öffentlich Parkhaus sĂŒdlich der Stadtmauer) In Blevio selbst gibt es im ca. 20 Fußminuten entfernten kleinen Park einen empfehlensdwerten Motorbootverleih. Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bei der sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin bedanken.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Aussicht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Blevio. Lina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation ĂŒber WhatsApp lĂ€uft super. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Lina sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war fĂŒr unsere BedĂŒrfnisse perfekt geeignet. Besonders die Terrasse und der Sitzplatz im Garten sind idyllisch. Die Aussicht auf den Comer sehr ist grandios. Wir konnten den See mit Feuerwerk von der Villa d'Este am 04.07. genießen. Lina ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir haben zur BegrĂŒĂŸung einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen bekommen und wurden mit vielen Ausflugstipps versorgt.

Tolle Lage, zauberhafte Gastgeberin

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und allen Zimmern ist atemberaubend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, nah an Como mit allen Möglichkeiten, per Bus oder Schiff die gegend zu erkunden. Lina ist eine ĂŒberaus freundliche, engagierte Gastgeberin, die viele Empfehlungen fĂŒr Unternehmungen geben kann. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht war es fĂŒr uns ok.

Eine wundervolle Gastgeberin

Lina ist eine unglaublich tolle Gastgeberin! So eine Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Belangen habe ich bisher nur in SĂŒdamerika erlebt. Sie macht es einem sehr leicht sich sehr wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Und in einer misslichen Situation hat sie nicht gezögert und sofort geholfen. Dass mein Italienisch sehr sehr limitiert ist, war auch kein Problem. Geduldig hat sie erklĂ€rt und im Zweifel Google Translate zu Hilfe genommen. Und so konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt optimal nutzen. Aus dem wunderschönen Hortensiengarten hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ĂŒber den Lago die Como. Und die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Von beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse - natĂŒrlich mit Seeblick. Ich komme gerne wieder! Nicht verschweigen möchte ich, dass das Haus an der Straße von Como nach Bellagio liegt. Aber das ist an einem See, der so malerisch in die Bergwelt eingebettet ist, nur schwer anders denkbar. Wir haben gut geschlafen!

Fijne vakantie Blevio

Een leuk en schoon appartement waarbij je buiten en onder de veranda heerlijk kunt zitten en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. Lina verrastte ons met iets lekkers bij aankomst en nog zelfgemaakte taarten tijdens ons verblijf. Het huisje is een goede uitvalsbasis om erop uit te gaan, bijvoorbeeld met de trein naar Milaan. Van Lina ook diverse tips gekregen van mooie locaties in de buurt om te bezoeken. Wel twee mindere punten waar Lina niets aan kan doen: Het is gelegen aan de enigste weg naar boven en is dus druk met verkeer. Helaas is er in de buurt niet de mogelijkheid om lekker bij het water te vertoeven op een stukje gras of zand/kiezel want bijna alles is prive eigendom. Via de steiger is er de mogelijkheid om het water in te plonsen. Verder een prachtig gebied wat het meer dan waard is om te bezoeken.

Charmante Altbauwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ă€lteren Villa in Blevio. Die Aussicht ist grandios und der Garten lĂ€dt zum verweilen ein. Sehr gerne haben wir im Garten gegessen mit dieser tollen Aussicht. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Parkplatz ist einige Meter vom Eingang entfernt. Das GepĂ€ck muss einige Meter und ĂŒber einige Treppen getragen werden. Auch die Straße ist nicht ganz ungefĂ€hrlich aber das scheint am Comer See die Regel zu sein. (Keinen FußgĂ€ngerweg). Nachts ist die Straße schon zu vernehmen. Der Kontakt zu Lina hat gut geklappt und sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auch gute Ausflugtipps gegeben. Von Blevio aus hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt um den Comer See zu erkunden. Como war keine 10 Minuten entfernt.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Garten, in dem man gemĂŒtliche Sitzecken findet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Meinen allerherzlichsten Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Lina, die uns mit einem Snack bei der Anreise, einem leckeren Kuchen und vielen Tipps versorgt hat. Mein besonderer Dank fĂŒr die liebe Begleitung zum Arzt. Einzig die Durchgangsstraße unter dem GrundstĂŒck hat manchmal ein wenig gestört. Ich wĂŒrde aber auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.

Lina ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Viele gute Tipps und eine super Restaurantreservierung fĂŒr den ersten Abend . Unsre Tochter (2 Jahre) ist jeden Abend begeistert mit ihr durch den Garten zum Blumengießen.

Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht

Het appartement was heel netjes en schoon en gaf een geweldig uitzicht over het meer, onder andere villa d’este, cernobbio en villa Pizzo. Vrijwel elke avond was er een prachtige vuurwerkshow te zien aan de overkant van het meer! De plek is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden rondom het Como meer. Como en een mooi strandje waren binnen handbereik. De gastvrouw is een ontzettend lieve, attente en zorgzame dame met wie het contact meer dan prettig verliep. We hebben enorm genoten!

Stilvolle GemĂŒtlichkeit mit berauschendem Blick

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was einen Ferienaufenthalt am Comer See gelingen lĂ€sst: Individuell, jenseits aller IKEA-Pragmatik mit Liebe eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet fĂŒhlt man sich in der Suite artigen Wohnung mit großen Fenstern zum See sofort zuhause. Der sehr gepflegte, wunderschöne Garten bietet vielfĂ€ltige Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, Chillen und einfach nur Schauen. Die sympathische Besitzerin Lina empfing uns ĂŒberaus freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und nahm es mit gelassenen Humor, als uns ein Missgeschick mit dem Gartentisch passierte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Traumlage mit Garten und liebevoller Gastgeberin

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Lina in Blevio! Lina hat uns bereits im Vorfeld mit allen notwendigen Informationen zur Anfahrt versorgt und uns an der Einfahrt zum Stellplatz in Emfpang genommen. (Der Stellplatz befindet sich 20m links des Anwesens in einem Innenhof). Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber sowie liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet - man merkt direkt, dass Lina einen sehr guten Geschmack hat und viel Wert auf einen hohen WohlfĂŒhlfaktor legt. Auch im Garten sieht man in jeder Ecke die Handschrift der liebevollen Gastgeberin! Einziges Manko, welches nahezu unvermeidbar zum Lago di Como dazugehört, ist die Seestraße, welche unterhalb des Anwesens verlĂ€uft und je nach Uhrzeit prĂ€sent ist. Lina ist eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin und wir haben gemerkt, dass Ihr unser Wohl wichtig ist und hat dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir uns noch lange an die Tage in Blevio erinnern werden! Danke Lina! Wir freuen uns auf das nĂ€chste Mal!

Lovely stay

Wonderful big appartment with the best lake view. Nice to eat in the garden with this view. Lovely host. The road below is acceptable in noise and better to drive than to walk. Wunderschöne großes Appartment mit traumhaften Seeblick, toller Garten zum Entspannen und Essen. Liebesvolle Gastgeber. Die Straße unterhalb ist akzeptabel, besser zum Fahren als zum Laufen.

A marvelous paradise at Lake Como - highly recommended

Together with our 3 year old daughter we spent fantastic 1,5 weeks at Lina's beautiful and cosy appartment in Blevio in July 2021. The appartment is lovely decorated, very comfortable, very clean and extremely well equipped. We spent many evenings cooking with the gas oven and enjoying our aperitivo/dinner on the patio - with a stunning view on Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The panaroma from Lina's place is just breathtaking! Another highlight is the beautiful and well maintained garden that we had exclusively for us. Our daughter loved it to run around, explore, play hide-and-seek and play in the mini-pool we set up. Due to the geography there is a frequented main road directly in front of the house. It didn't really bother us because the appartment and garden are high above the road and things get quiet in the evening (and maybe because we are from Frankfurt and used to way worse traffic ;-)). Thanks to the road it is just a 5-10min drive to downtown Como with the beatiful lake front. Also Bellagio, Torno and other beatiful villages are easy to reach. Lina is an amazing host, always caring and approachable. She provided us with many tipps and recommendations what to see & do before and during our stay at Lake Como. WIth her outstanding Italian hospitality Lina made us feel at home - thank you so much Lina for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come visit you again!
