We had an amazing time during our week in Orient Bay. Patricia and Bruno are welcoming, helpful and extremely kind. They communicated well with us during our stay, gave suggestions for day trips and let us know all we needed to know about the Villa. The walk to the beach was short and there were many restaurants and stores close by. Would highly recommend this property!

Another stay in paradise..

Patricia and Bruno's Orient Bay home was a wonderful home away from home for our family of 5. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well equipped for any family. This is our second time visiting Orient Bay and this home's location and amenities cannot be beat. The proximity to the beach and downtown Orient Bay area is perfect for spending morning hours/lunch at the beach, while allowing for a quick walk home to relax at the private pool. Overall, an enjoyable and memorable experience here that we would highly recommend!

Great times in Orient Bay, St. Martin

Beautiful, well equipped property, with a short, 5 minute walk to restaurants and the Orient Bay beaches. Excellent hosts. Easy check-in. Ample communication. Pool with plenty of shade areas and sunning areas on the property. Private parking spaces. Would definitely come back to the same property.

Villa Bruneva

What a wonderful place to enjoy privacy, easy parking, a wonderful pool and easy access to Orient Beach. We hardly needed a car as you could walk to restaurants, a beautiful beach and small convenience stores. Patricia and Bruno were wonderful hosts! We will definitely rent this place in the future! Lovely and comfortable home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The furniture & beds were all very comfortable. I loved eating out on the patio in the fresh air. The pool was quite cold, but of you warmed up first on the incredibly comfortable mays next to the pool, the water was tolerable. Just watch the steps getting in, that 3rd step is a doozy. I think we need to buy one of these homes, but with just two bedrooms. It was simply perfect for the five of us.

Wonderful Villa

Beautiful Villa with 3 spacious bedrooms. Pool was excellent. Kitchen has everything you need. Felt very safe here with locked gate. Host was always available if we needed and met us on arrival and departure. The town even had a water shut off that we didn’t know about and host came to turn on backup water beforehand so we didn’t have to do anything. Host accommodated our 9 month old with pack and play and highchair which was a lifesaver. 2 parking spaces, two beautiful bathrooms great showers. Walk to the beach and restaurants was just an easy few minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Grocery store was just a few minute drive. Just keep in mind they had only a washer so have to hang dry any clothes.

Winter break.

The property owners Patricia and Bruno are truly terrific. They are helpful and available for anything even a good dinner recommendation. Beautiful villa with a private pool and a big privacy wall all the way around the pool and patio. Private beaches, first class restaurants and bars
just steps away. The villa is well appointed, very clean and and with two baths and three bedrooms there is plenty of room for six. When a storm blew threw Bruno stopped over and cleaned the pool and Patricia can answer any question about the island. We will be back. We stayed for two weeks and never had a boring moment. What a great island and a great villa!

Recent stay at Villa Bruneva - Wonderful!!

Just spent a week in this beautiful home. My wife, two adult children and I could not have asked for more. The villa was so comfortable and well equipped. The patio/pool area provided a relaxing environment to enjoy everything from morning coffee on the couch, to evening meals under cover while still taking in the pleasant St.Martin evenings. Or if you chose, the walk to local restaurants and the beach was just minutes away. So convenient and easy. The week was topped off with the friendly help and suggestions from Bruno and Patricia. There was nothing that needed changing from our view. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and openly say that we plan to return. Thanks for sharing your wonderful villa.

A Perfect Week in Paradise

Patricia and Bruno allowed us to experience the beauty of Saint Martin and Orient bay in their beautiful well accommodated property, which was a little sliver of paradise on its own. They were the best hosts I’ve dealt with and could not recommend this stay enough. Patricia even picked us up after arriving the airport because we had some transportation troubles. The villa was so clean and comfortable, a great hub for our group to meet up between beach time and activities. Also very close to many small places to grab food and provisions. The cutest French grocery store was only a 4 minute walk away. They were attentive to any questions and concerns I had throughout the week, and very charming. We will be back! Tranquil relaxing vacation Villa with all the comforts of home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Bruno and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail Patricia and Bruno had put into the property. The villa was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of cozy seating areas for relaxing after a long day of exploring/shopping or from visiting the many beautiful beaches on SXM and a lovely pool to jump in and feel instantly refreshed. One of the things that really stood out to us was how welcoming and inviting Patricia and Bruno were and how easy it was to communicate with them. The location of the property was also ideal for our needs, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops and parking right at the Villa. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable home away from home. Patricia and Bruno clearly care about their guests and have created a truly special space that we hope to visit again in the future.

The Perfect Villa

We knew the minute we met Patricia and she welcomed us to Villa Bruneva that we had made the right choice of villas for the week. The house is spotless, comfortable and you want for nothing. We were 2 couples and the house layout is perfect. Beds are super comfortable, lovely big showers and a well equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved the pool, it was a quiet oasis to come back to after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed the outside area where we spent most nights playing cards and enjoying the pool. It's an easy walk to the village where you will find an array of restaurants. Our favourites were Le String and Ti Palm. There's also a small grocery store close by and don't miss a stop at Good Morning Cafe for a quick breakfast. Patricia and Bruno are available if you need anything and you can tell that they take great pride in what they do. Our only regret is that we had to leave, but already making plans to return. If you're looking for a special place in Orient Bay, you can't go wrong if you stay at Villa Bruneva. Thank you Patricia and Bruno

The Perfect SXM Villa

This was our first full-week return to SXM since just before Irma in 2017. My wife and I have stopped on several cruises since then, and we decided it was time to return for a full vacation. There were 4 adults. We’ve stayed in several villas in Orient Village over the last 20 years. Villa Bruneva, without question, is the Perfect SXM Villa. The hosts, Patricia and Bruno, have left nothing to consider. The entire property including the reserved parking, immaculate pool/lanai area and the well-appointed house are wonderful. All one has to do, is get there. Little things, like a cooler bag, noodles, and beach towels being available make planning so simple. Patricia and Bruno are great at communicating through email, text, or phone. Simply put, this was the nicest Villa we’ve stayed in and we have no reason to look elsewhere. We’re already looking forward to reaching back out to Patricia and Bruno for our next visit SXM/Orient Village.

Great Property

My wife and I and another couple stayed at Villa Bruneva recently for a week and a half. Patricia and Bruno met us on our arrival. They are very charming and personable. They showed us around the Villa and all the amenities it has to offer. The Villa was recently updated and was perfect for us. The pool area is very private and we enjoyed it everyday after returning from Orient Beach which was 5 minutes away. We walked into Orient Village in the evening for dinner a few times and walked to L’Astrolabe for Monday night surf and turf nigh. Great food and Thomas and his staff were wonderful. We loved the modern kitchen with everything you would need for cooking and preparing meals. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were the comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on while traveling. Bathrooms and showers were also large and perfect for our needs. The Villa was spotless and it was a pleasure to return there everyday after a “tough” day on Orient Beach. We would stay at Villa Bruneva again. Loved it. Bruno and Patricia are the best! Dave and Patty

Zen Oasis

Our family of three has just returned from two relaxing and rejuvenating weeks at Villa Bruneva. The villa is in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Orient Bay Village has to offer. It is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. For us the saltwater pool was the highlight of our stay, providing a tranquil oasis to unwind after a day of activity. In the evening the pool lights added the perfect ambience for eating al fresco. Patricia and Bruno were a pleasure to work with. They were easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions before and during our stay, as well as addressing any small issues we had. We were warmly greeted by Patricia upon arrival and shown around the immaculately clean villa. She instructed us on how everything worked, as well as providing a comprehensive guest binder should we need it. It is evident in the quality of the furnishings and attention to detail the pride that Bruno and Patricia take in Villa Bruneva. The kitchen, with high-end appliances, is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms spacious. We had no water or power issues but were grateful for the peace of mind the cistern and generator afforded. Patricia and Bruno were by far the nicest hosts we have dealt with, and we enjoyed getting to know them during our stay. We hope to stay at Villa Bruneva again soon!

Premier séjour sur l'ßle

Villa trÚs agréable et bien aménagée. Tout était trÚs propre à notre arrivée. Patricia et Bruno sont des hÎtes trÚs accueillants et accomodants. La baie est proche de tous les commerces et de plusieurs restaurants. Pour un premier séjour à Saint-Martin, nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Super séjour

Bruno et Patricia sont des hĂŽtes trĂšs avenants, chaleureux et trĂšs accueillants. À peine nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s dans la villa que nous nous projetions Ă  vouloir rester vivre sur l'Ăźle 😅. Nous y avons trouvĂ© ce que nous recherchions c'est Ă  dire du repos, de la tranquillitĂ©, de l'intimitĂ© et beaucoup de soleil. A proximitĂ©, il y a la mer et diffĂ©rents restaurants et commerces. Un vrai petit village bien sĂ©curisĂ©. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Ce fĂ»t un excellent sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons. À trĂšs bientĂŽt.

Villa conforme en tout point Ă  sa description. Sa situation est tout prĂšs de la mer et de plusieurs restaurants. La propretĂ© est impeccable et le mĂ©nage effectuĂ© est sans reproche. Cette villa offre un grand confort et l’équipement en cuisine est complet ,on est comme chez soi. Les propriĂ©taires Bruno et Patricia sont charmants,toujours dĂ©sireux de rendre notre sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©able. J e recommande fortement cette villa pour un court et un long sĂ©jour, vous ne serez pas déçu. Si l Ăźle de Saint -Martin est un petit paradis il vous faut une villa comme la villa Bruneva. Wonderful villa

This was our second year staying at Villa Bruneva, it was wonderful! Perfect size accommodations for our party of four. The villa is kept in excellent condition and very clean. The outdoor pool area is spacious with numerous places to relax, the pool decking was recently redone and is beautiful. The interior is well furnished, the living room has a comfy sofa with TV that has French and US channels. The kitchen contains all the necessary appliances; oven, cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedrooms are sizable with comfortable foam mattress beds, each bedroom has an AC unit. There is an ample supply of bath towels, and beach towels are also provided. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the village square which has many restaurants. Bruno and Patricia are fabulous owners to work with, we highly recommend this villa!

Beautiful piece of paradise in Sint Maarten

Love love love Villa Bruneva in Orient bay!! Everything you need in a rental. Walking distance to beach and many wonderful restaurants. There is a full kitchen if you choose to cook , but why when your so close to so many amazing five star restaurants. A beautiful private pool right out your patio doors with ample sitting room to soak up the Caribbean sun. 3 spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. The villa is tastefully decorated with up to date furniture and appliances. Staying at Villa Bruneva your a short drive to anywhere on the island. trÚs agréable

une maison bien proportionnée trÚs agréable à vivre s'il fallait améliorer quelque chose: plus de vaisselle en particulier les couverts et plus précisément les petites cuilllÚres dans le salon recouvrir le canapé qui est en cuir avec des jetés de coton cela collerait moins à la peau!! comme il y a beaucoup de moustiques installer des moustiquaires et dire aux personnes d'apporter une alÚse coton à rajouter sur l'alÚse plastique des lits

Super accueil, Bruno est trÚs charmant et désireux de faire plaisir à ses hÎtes

La maison est trÚs bien entretenue et parfaite pour 6 personnes. Cuisine hyper bien equipée. Situation idéale et à proximité de belles plages(le gallion) et de nombreux restaurants et du départ de plongée. Un petit Casino vient compléter l offre. Pas forcément besoin de louer un véhicule mais nécessaire si on veut visiter les autres belles plages. Conseil: ßlet Pinel, baie rouge, le gallion, baie aux prunes Si vous voulez visiter des musées, passez votre chemin car sur cette ßle c est plage, snorkelling, plongée, plage, etc...

En tant que propriétaires, nous résidons à 150m de la villa et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à vos demandes lors de votre séjour sur l'ßle.
Si vous le désirez nous pouvons vous conseiller pour louer une voiture ou toute autre activité sur l'ßle.
Nous ferons notre possible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible !
