Edgwater House 3 chambres BR + 2 lits superposés face à la mer avec vue magnifique sur la plage

Trois chambres Ă  coucher, de taille deux roi et une reine plus de taille chambres superposĂ©s deux des enfants qui dorment six enfants dans le bĂątiment colonie de la mer le plus souhaitable avec piscine intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, bain Ă  remous et salle de gym entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e au milieu d'un demi-mile de la plage privĂ©e. L'appartement est entiĂšrement carrelĂ©e pour un entretien facile. En outre, le salon a deux se retirent lits queen size et peut ĂȘtre sĂ©parĂ©e de la salle Ă  manger par une cloison coulissante en retrait. Les chambres superposĂ©s ont trois couchettes chacun. Une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s est destinĂ© aux enfants plus petits ayant deux couchettes qui sont 70 pouces de long et qui est de 66 pouces. L'autre chambre avec lits superposĂ©s est dans la salle de lavage et dispose de deux lits superposĂ©s qui sont 76 pouces de long et qui est de 56 pouces. Il est Ă  la fin de la course du climatiseur et peut se rĂ©chauffer. Il est un refroidisseur par Ă©vaporation dans cette couchette place pour complĂ©ter le climatiseur et les deux couchettes plus grands Ă©quipĂ©s de ventilateurs individuels.
Il y a deux de grand écran plat HDTV, un 50 pouces avec un lecteur de disque associée dans le salon et l'autre 40 pouces dans le dos Maßtre Chambre.
Toutes les chambres de quatre ans ou plus sont tenus d'acheter les loisirs passe de gagner accces au complexe et les installations récréatives. Le coût des passes en 2015 sont de 40 $ par personne et sont bonnes pour une semaine civile.

Great location and space for a family!

The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived but the owner sent the cleaning service back immediately. I think he should consider using another service
other than that it was a great experience! Great view and close proximity to everything!

Wonderful Condo

This condo is super convenient with the beach very close and easy to access. The grounds of Sea Colony are well maintained and there is very good security. The condo offers very nice accommodations with a lot of room, nice bedrooms with bathrooms and bunk beds for the kids. - they loved them. The owner really is responsive and you can tell he wants his guests to be comfortable. The cleaning crew may be pressed because of the volume of rooms they have to prepare with turnover being very tight. I would say the cleaning crew was ok, but there were a few spots, like under the sofas that had visibly not been hit by the mop. This minor criticism is of the cleaning crew, not the owner who did his best to make us comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend this owner any his property and would happily stay here again.

Spacious!

This corner apartment has a very spacious living room and a wrap around porch, much bigger than other sea colony units we’ve stayed in, which was great. Linens are not included but we arranged for them and paid for them with the cleaning service. The kitchen was fine, we don’t cook on vacation so just needed the keurig, toaster and microwave. We’ve been visiting Sea Colony for 12+ years and rental prices keep going up and up. For what we’re paying at this point, it’d be nice for owners to do some upgrades with furniture that’s past it’s prime, and a fresh coat of paint. But this is true of most of the SC rentals. Our king bed mattress was comfy though! If you’ll use the little bunk rooms for kids, pack a nightlight and possibly an extra fan. Overall I’d recommend this unit, the owner is responsive. Loved that check out was 11am versus 10am, I got in a peaceful hour at the beach and still had time to shower and finish packing.

Great vacation

This is the second year we stayed at this property! It easily fit the 5 adults and 3 kids. The property is well stocked.. The location is very convenient to the pools and the beach and a short walk to down town Bethany. We have already reserved for next year.

A very nice condo with some old and failing accoutrements.

Overall our experience was positive, but I will list the problems: Very old and hard mattresses. I went to Walmart and bought a mattress pad for the queen size bed so my daughter could sleep on it. Nonfunctional door to the balcony. Only way out there was thru a bedroom. Dishwasher door appears about to fall off. HVAC filter was filthy and incorrectly crammed in to the unit.

a little disappointed

Check in process was a nightmare, we got to the check-in office at 5:25, we were told that they were closing and we would have to come back the next morning. Security would not let us in without a pass, finally got a temporary pass, got to condo and access code did not work. We left several messages for the owner, finally got in touch with him and given a different access code after 30 minutes of calling and waiting with five grandchildren and luggage on the balcony. All in all the unit was okay, but could definitely use some tlc throughout.

Our host was very easy to contact, and actually called us a few times to give us tips and see how things were going while we were there. Thank you, Peter! The kids enjoyed the outdoor concert as well as the movie on the beach. Between the beach, the pool, the outdoor concert and the movie on the beach, not to mention, the proximity of Dunkin Donuts, Ice cream shops, restaurants and CVS, this spot clearly is supreme!

A great week away at Bethany!

This was a wonderful stay. The layout of the unit is ideal for connecting with the Atlantic Ocean, and all that it has to offer. Through the many windows and from the balcony we enjoyed many sights; from Dolphins and Sunrises to Moon rises over that water, with a fresh evening breeze. This unit is able to accommodate a large family/group. We had 11 and every one was very comfortable, and everyone had a great time! We will look forward to going back again!

July family trip

The location of this condo was wonderful. It was perfect to watch the sunrise and waves early in the morning. The location is close to the elevator which made moving in easy. It is also convenient to the indoor and outdoor pools, which was very helpful since we hit a week with excessively high tempertaures which limited the time we spent on the beach in the beginning of our stay. Peter was very attentive and easy to work with. Our granddaughter was so excited to be sleeping in bunk beds. The master suite was large and the two other bedrooms shared a jack-and-jill bathroom. Parking at Sea Colony is limited to 2 cars, so we parked our other vehicles off site for $10/day. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely beach condo

Our multigenerational family group had a wonderful time staying at Peter’s condo this summer. The condo has everything you need in it. The views are amazing and we loved sleeping with the balcony doors open so we could hear the ocean. Everything is very convenient - just a few steps to the beach and the pool. Peter was extremely helpful in providing us all the information we needed in the lead up to our trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Fourth of July Week at the Beach!

We had a fabulous time staying at 406 N. Edgewater House in Bethany Beach! The spacious condo with all of the bedrooms and bunks comfortably accommodated our large crew. The proximity to the beach, the tennis courts , the pools, and downtown Bethany is wonderful and makes everything easy. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Perfect location! Just what we needed.

The views from the balconies were awesome! Watch the early action on the beach! Enjoy your coffee. It was six adults enjoying terrific combinations of the beds we needed. Bonus sleeping bunk areas are perfect for kids! Three bathrooms made it easy to get ready!

Wonderful property at perfect location!

We vacation with another family and have a total of 5 kids with us. There was plenty of space and everything we could need for a great week at the beach. It's at a prime location in the Sea Colony resort. We barely had to drive anywhere. It was a great stay - looking forward to next year already!

This end unit was wonderful for our family reunion of young and old. The balcony was particularly nice and made it so convenient for many to enjoy. The kitchen had many items to entertain with very easy. A truly enjoyable time.

A wonderful week

This family friendly 3 BR plus two "bunk rooms" that would accommodate 3 more people, was perfect for a family reunion of 6 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 1 1/2. The end unit has a wrap around balcony, plus a smaller balcony off one of the master BRs. There are two king bed rooms, 1 queen bed room and the bunks are singles. There are also two queen hidabeds that we did not use. The unit was supplied with more than adequate cooking ware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.. The furniture shows some wear, but that is ok when traveling with kids.

I am a grandfather with fourteen grandchildren. I designed our condo to accommodate two families with children. It can easily handle six adults and six children without using the pull out queen size couches in the living room.

We have been vacationing at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach for over forty years. The easy access to the beach and the availability of tennis plus the town of Bethany makes it ideal.
