Completely renovated in 2025, the holiday home offers approximately 120 square metres of living space and comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Three cosy bedrooms and an additional folding bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements, making the house perfect for families or groups of friends.

Upstairs you will find two comfortable double bedrooms with beds measuring 180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm, while the third bedroom features two single beds. A folding bed is available if required. Families travelling with young children can also make use of the baby cot and high chair.

The bright living room features a comfortable sofa area and a television with German channels, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Småland. High-speed fibre internet is available throughout the house, making Connys Hus equally suitable for longer stays or remote working.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. A dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and plenty of workspace make preparing meals easy and enjoyable.

One of the highlights of Connys Hus is the spacious covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue. It is the perfect place to enjoy warm summer evenings while overlooking the large 1,200-square-metre garden, which offers plenty of space for children to play or for adults to relax.

Guests can explore the beautiful surroundings of Kosta using the bicycles provided free of charge. The nearest lake is only 500 metres away and is perfect for swimming, relaxing walks or simply enjoying the peaceful Swedish countryside. Anglers will also find numerous excellent fishing lakes nearby.

The location is one of Connys Hus' greatest advantages. The famous Kosta Outlet, with its many shops, restaurants and cafés, is only a short walk away. The historic Kosta Glassworks, the Kosta Safari Park with moose, bison and deer, as well as Grönåsens Moose Park, are all close by. Mini golf, the outdoor swimming pool and numerous hiking and cycling trails provide even more opportunities for unforgettable holiday experiences.

Popular day trips include the cities of Växjö, Kalmar and Karlskrona. Families especially enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, while nature lovers can discover the many lakes, forests and nature reserves surrounding Kosta.

Connys Hus is a non-smoking holiday home. Up to two dogs are welcome upon request and subject to prior approval by the owners. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked as an optional package. Electricity is charged according to actual consumption. A €250 security deposit is required.
