1. Check in normally at 3pm earliest, check out normally 12pm latest. Early check in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. 2. All utilities (water, WiFi internet, cable TV and electricity) are included in the rental rate. Since electricity is included in the daily rate, we ask the guests/tenants to please turn off aircon and electric switches when you leave during the day. We have two A/C units - one in the bedroom and one in the living/dining area. During summer months, tropical weather can be really hot and humid. We provided an electric fan to help out when the place get really warm and stuffy. 3. For long-staying guests, parking available at Basement Level 4. Please inform host if you intend to use it. 4. Please note that the Building Administration requires a copy of the guests IDs. We need to obtain this by or before check in. Only guests whose names were submitted to the Building Security and Building Administration offices are allowed to sleep inside the unit. If there are additional persons to be accommodated, please inform the host. 5. WiFi access information to be provided upon turn-over of keys. 6. No smoking and no pets. Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the building. 7. We request that all furniture and appliances be used with reasonable care. All cutlery and utensils should be washed and kept clean after use. Garbage is placed inside refuse/recyclable bags and disposed of accordingly. There is a scheduled daily pick up of garbage at regular intervals during the day to be provided to the guest upon check in. We will turnover the unit clean, neat and tidy. We ask the guests to ensure cleanliness at all times. 8. Daily housekeeping/maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping service can be arranged at US$15.00 per request. Please let us know in advance if you will avail of housekeeping services. 9. One-time set-up of linens and towels. For monthly rental, extra beddings, linens and towels will be provided. 10. The guests will be responsible for their personal laundry. There is a laundry area within the unit. Washer and Spin dry only. - CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER. We will provide a list of laundromats in the area with reasonable rates. 11. Guests will have to buy/bring their own toiletries (soap/shampoo/toothpaste/etc) and other consumables. A 7-Eleven is located across the building. Robinsons Supermarket is located downstairs at the mall. For further concerns, please let us know. Otherwise, we wish you a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Very convenient unit!
This property is right in the middle of everything that you could possibly need for your stay in Manila. It is attached to the Eastwood Mall which has plenty of dining options. Across the street there are also many dining options, banks, and a grocery store. There are lots of taxis and grab cars in the area too. Property is clean and has a great view. I would stay there again.

This property was almost perfect.
This being said, these were the highlights:
- Location is great with great views from our window and convenient access to restaurants, malls, shops and pretty much everything. Everything are within walking distance. Eastwood Mall is located directly below the condo.
- The security staffs are well trained. I really command how homogeneous the service was from anyone we interacted with.
-- Restaurants are very good options and the evening happy hours are great value for money. One of my top pick filipino restaurant is Crisostomo.
- The room was also great with some ambiance lights which is super nice specially when you just want to relax from a long day. Bathroom is a lil small but nice, kitchen is big, equipped with pots, pans and all kitchen utencils. A small laundry room on the side, just a washer but no dryer.
-- Very nice pool and gym located on the 5th floor.
Only one little thing was off during our stay. The building staffs or owner of the condo did not notify us about a power outage that happened on dec. 11th from 9am-5pm, (that's a long time). It was hot and muggy. We called the front desk and thats where we found out that they do a power maintenance once a year and very unfortunate that it landed on one of days that we stayed there, i just wished that they should have informed all the guest in the building atleast a few days in advance.
-- Other than that, everything was great.
I can honestly rate this condo unit a 4 out of 5 stars and i will definitely go back and stay at this property again.

Clean, comfortable and spacious
The property is big, attractive, and comfortable, located right next to one of the shopping mall entrances. It is also very convenient to reach the Supermarket from there.
Our host was very helpful and was there to receive us, even on Chinese New Year (traffic made us quite late that evening)
The kitchen, even with a two burner electric range, was also very spacious and easy to work in and is equipped with basic cooking utensils and a rice cooker.
The soundproofing is not good, especially in the bedroom, and the aircon is loud in that room as well. (The property faces the Eastwood courtyard and there is often music and occasional traffic noise coming from downstairs) Since there was only two of us, we just moved the bed (the mattress is also very comfortable, BTW) into the living room and slept there happily.
