Luxury vacation home with spacious garden
The houseboat is surrounded by water and offers the comfort of a luxury holiday home with a garden. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area and open kitchen. There is no television. The large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view from inside. The sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, chair and television. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, stove, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), milk frother, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage space for groceries. You can eat together or play a game at the round dining table. This accommodation has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe to store your clothes and belongings. The second bedroom has a sturdy interconnected bunk bed (80x200 cm) and a wardrobe. For the little ones, there is a fold-away cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair. The modern bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet with a mirror. Houseboat Agua Dolce has a spacious garden (approximately 100 m2) next to the water. In the garden, you can play, barbecue and take a refreshing dip in the water. The boat has a spacious rooftop terrace/sundeck of approximately 20 m2, which is accessible via a spiral staircase at the back. Here you can relax on the lounge set and enjoy the panoramic view. The boat also has a terrace at the front (8 m2) and the back (6 m2). The houseboat has its own jetty with space to moor a (sailing) boat or sloop. This accommodation includes private parking in the harbour.

The Houseboat is located in the heart of Friesland's water sports area: Waterrijck Sneekermeer Marina. The marina offers endless possibilities for novice and experienced water sports enthusiasts. You can rent sloops and sailing boats at the marina, and the harbour has a fun beach club where you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner. You can reach all of the Frisian lakes by boat. Sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves at Waterskibaan Sneek cable park, just a 10-minute walk away, and relax on the beach.The area is a paradise for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. There are many nature reserves in the area, and an extensive network of cycle paths and footpaths through the Frisian landscape.
