Casa ConPassion – Modern 100 m² Holiday Apartment in Much-Kreuzkapelle

Welcome to Casa ConPassion, a modern and spacious holiday apartment in Much-Kreuzkapelle, located in the beautiful Rhein-Sieg district near Cologne and Bonn.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-family house and offers around 100 m² of living space. It is bright, comfortably furnished and ideal for up to 3 guests – perfect for couples, small families, business travellers or anyone looking for a peaceful stay close to nature without being completely remote.

Casa ConPassion offers plenty of space to relax, cook, eat, work and feel at home. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a private parking space, a fenced garden, a large balcony and a terrace. Dogs are very welcome, and the fenced garden as well as the many walking and hiking paths nearby make the apartment especially suitable for guests travelling with a dog.

For extra comfort, the apartment is equipped with external shutters, allowing you to darken the rooms whenever needed. Many windows also have fly and mosquito screens, which is especially pleasant during the warmer months.

The location combines countryside living with good accessibility. The centre of Much is only about 4 km away, where you will find shops, cafés and restaurants. A bus stop is just about 1 minute away on foot. Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Hennef and Nümbrecht are also easy to reach by car.

The surrounding area is ideal for walks, hiking, cycling and enjoying nature. Nearby places such as Herrenteich, the Wahnbach valley and the Wahnbach reservoir are lovely destinations for relaxed outdoor activities.

I live in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance. You will have your own private space, while I am nearby and happy to help with questions or recommendations if needed.

Please note: the apartment is located in a rural area, but not completely isolated. There is a road in front of the property, so normal everyday traffic noise may occur.
