On foot approx. 10 min to the station (extra skies to the Andersen ski resort Andermatt-Sedrun) and to the children's ski area Valtgeva, as well as to the village center with various shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafes. Summer and winter hiking trails directly in front of the house, cross-country ski trail approx. 100 m away. Very nice, bright 3.5 room apartment in a quiet location - top modern and rustic furnished (partly Arvenholz) - with balcony and garden on the ground floor. Beautiful living room with modern cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fan. Large, bodd depth window front to balcony and garden.
