This quiet and very cozy holiday apartment (100 m²) is located on the ground floor, features a private entrance, and is fully equipped. The rooms are very spacious. The large, illuminated terrace—complete with an electric awning—offers a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view, including the Katzenbuckel peak and the wooded heights along the Neckar River.
Forests and hiking trails are right nearby.
The apartment features two flat-screen TVs, an iPod docking station, a CD player, and a wide selection of games for both adults and children. Wi-Fi is included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A utility room houses a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an ironing board with an iron. You are also welcome to help yourself to the provided crates of beverages for a small fee.
This holiday apartment is ideal for up to three adults or a family with two children.

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Meine 3 Handwerker waren hier untergebracht und waren absolut begeistert. Sie haben mich sogar direkt nach dem Einchecken angerufen und Bilder geschickt und berichtet, dass alles vorhanden war - sogar eine Waschmaschine. Sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Der Garten hat sehr offensichtlich sehr viel Pflege abbegkommen und sieht entsprechend wunderschön aus. Sogar Getränkekisten würden hingestellt, sodass man direkt (gegen Aufpreis natürlich) alles vor Ort hatte. Wenn ich wieder Übernachtungsgäste habe, werde ich sie sicherlich wieder dorthin schicken und kann es sehr empfehlen.
