Charming house with lake view in Kilchberg, set in a quiet residential villa area near Zurich. Ideal for guests who want to explore the city while enjoying a relaxed and peaceful stay. The property is currently being newly furnished, photos will follow soon. Lake Zurich is only a few minutes away and perfect for walks and outdoor activities. A bus stop with direct and fast connections to the city center is located right next to the house. Two parking spaces are included. The combination of lake view, nature, and proximity to the city makes this home an ideal base for your stay. You have access to the entire house, which extends over three floors. This includes the living area with fireplace, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a laundry room on the lower level. The outdoor area with seating and a grill is also available during your stay.
The lower level has a separate entrance but can also be accessed internally through the house, making it ideal for groups who appreciate additional privacy.
A garage and an additional outdoor parking space directly at the house are available for you.
Dogs are very welcome, they are part of the family after all. To make sure your four legged friends feel comfortable, food bowls are already provided. 🐶❤️The location offers an ideal balance of tranquility and excellent connectivity. Public transport (bus and S Bahn) is easily accessible and takes you directly to the center of Zurich without transfers.
Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance and cover all daily needs. Lake Zurich is just a few minutes away and perfect for walks, swimming, or sports activities.Zurich city center can be reached in approximately 7 minutes, Zurich Airport in about 20 minutes. The Lindt Home of Chocolate is only around 5 minutes away, and Zurich Zoo can be reached in approximately 15 minutes. ✈️
