Les lofts uniques sont situés aux deux étages supérieurs d'un bâtiment en pierre de taille centenaire. L'intérieur du bâtiment a été soigneusement rénové avec de nouveaux systèmes électriques, de plomberie et de chauffage / refroidissement, mais conserve une grande partie des détails architecturaux et du charme d'origine.

Appartement n ° 2, Corten est situé au deuxième étage. Vous monterez une très grande cage d'escalier remplie d'art pour atteindre votre bel appartement.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. We actually ended up staying at the Eddy due to timing arrangements. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My partner forgot his overnight bag and they had all the essentials that he needed. Highly recommended and we will stay again!

A perfect home base for our trip. The hosts are terrific and stocked the flat with all the necessities and some thoughtful extra amenities. Location couldn’t be better. We’d definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Lafayette Flats

Lafayette Flats absolutely did not disappoint in any way. First class accommodations in every way in a boutique style setting. Right in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and very short drive to New River Gorge State Park. Can't wait to go back again!

We stayed in Corten while we explored New River Gorge NP. It is a beautifully decorated, cozy apartment with so many nice art pieces and lots of style. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great amenities, books to review, and location was perfect.

Beautiful property and great location!

We stayed in the Corten flat. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were in town for rafting, and it was nice to come back to the rental and relax, then easily walk to any number of great restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend it!

Just as advertised

We had a wonderful time staying at Lafayette Flats. Our apartment was beautifully decorated with original artwork, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed hiking in the area and eating in the local restaurants which were all in walking distance. We definitely would stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous stay in Fayetteville

Cute little place in the heart of Fayetteville. Perfectly clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated. Cozy, so perfect for 1 or 2 people. Hosts are 100% on top of everything. Very proactive and thorough in their communications, and very responsive. Nice little touches such as an online list of their favorite places, local hiking trails book, etc. Absolutely recommended.

Property has a lot of style and is really appealing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable...and I am super picky about cleanliness. The location is ideal and and we're happy that so many wonderful places to eat were an easy walk away. Parking is very convenient. The NRG canyon rim visitors station is a very short drive away. The hosts were very kind and responsive. They were very nice to reach out with a pre-arrival text with reminders of entrance codes and parking information. The bits of information about area resources were useful. The items left for our use in the apartment/building were high quality and thoughtful. The towels, linens, bed, furniture were all very nice. I actually wish I had a bath mat at home like the one there. By the way- the shower and bathroom were great. The art throughout the building is beautiful. I plan on returning someday- especially because of the kindnesses shown by Amy and Shawn.

Centrally located, easily accessible, and memorable

The stay was solid. Everything felt new. The walls and floors were solid despite it being an old historical building. The owners took time to consider a lot of details to make the space efficient and spacious. Also the bed is of great quality and comfort. There is a full kitchen, however, I suppose there could be a tad more counter space. It's sufficient but don't expect to be roasting up a huge meal with ease. There is a dish rack under the sink for drying dishes...I wasn't sure if it was intended to be used under there or pulled out to the island countertop as there isn't space next to the sink for that. Another issue was that the AC was loud when it kicks on. Another thing is that there could be a bigger dresser. These are very minor issues. At least there is a strong newish AC system and something much more than a kitchenette and a small tall boy dresser. Water pressure is good. Everything else is great.

Absolutely wonderful spotless, comfy and adorable apartment. Perfect for two people, spotless! Huge modern bathroom, fabulous shower. Bed is very comfortable. Decor is fun and renovation is perfectly done. Great location for walking Fayetteville and for visiting the gorge area. Loved it!!!

Perfect stay

The hosts could not have been more accommodating. They also checked in w/us a few times to be sure we were satisfied. The flat is so clean & cute, decorated with unique art & nice linens. Loved the set of dishes! They even have great travel books to help with planning visits to the state parks & NP. They offer a list of rainy day activities (thankfully we didn't need alternative plans). Location is perfect, w/in walking distance to restaurants. We highly recommend this flat!! But..... as the hosts tell you, you must be able to walk a flight or 2 of steeeep stairs.... no elevator in this historic building.

Beautiful, art-filled historic flat, with all the amenities you could want. Very helpful guidebooks provided us lots of tips on the best hiking and rafting. Highly recommended.

Having never stayed in Fayetteville before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this property was perfect for the weekend trip I had planned. The actual unit was extremely clean, well decorated, and gorgeous. The location is very centrally located to the restaurants and attractions in the area and the owners have a whole book of recommendations and advice for your trip. I would absolutely stay here again.
