The 35 m² apartment, most recently renovated in 2022, is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible by lift. With a sofa bed and floor mattress, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. Children and babies are warmly welcome, and the accommodation is also wheelchair-friendly.

The open-plan living area combines living, dining and cooking in a practical and comfortable space. A cosy seating area with a sofa and armchair, together with a dining table, provides a pleasant setting for relaxing during your stay. Tiled floors, underfloor heating and a fan add to the comfort, while the covered balcony with an awning offers a sheltered place to enjoy some fresh air.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and essential kitchen utensils are also provided.

The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, washbasin and window. A cosmetic mirror and hairdryer complete the facilities. Hand and bath towels, as well as bed linen, are provided for your stay. Shared washing and drying facilities are also available.

Wi-Fi, a TV, DVD and CD players, a radio, as well as a selection of books, CDs and games provide entertainment during your stay. Insect screens and other practical features add further convenience.
