The holiday flat is in a quiet, idyllic location right next to the forest and yet in the immediate vicinity of the town centre and the various shopping facilities of Zinnowitz. You can reach the 42km long sandy Baltic Sea beach within 8 minutes on foot through the unspoilt coastal forest.

Directly next to your flat is a seating area with barbecue facilities, which is for your exclusive use. A private car parking space is available on the property, but not directly in front of the bungalow. The play area in the garden with climbing frame and sandpit is shared by all guests.

It is a small one-room bungalow with a day bed that can be pulled out to 1.60 metres, a small dining table and a mini kitchen. Towels, washing-up liquid, tea towels, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine incl. filter bags and coffee and free W-LAN are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin including hand soap and a hairdryer.

The Ostseebad Zinnowitz offers good gastronomy and many shopping facilities, children's playgrounds, dog beaches, mini golf, sailing, tennis, surfing, cycling, boat trips on the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser and a varied cultural programme (not only in summer) with theatre, cinema and various events. Zinnowitz also has an extensive wellness programme and a thermal spa with indoor swimming pool. All over the island of Usedom you can relax and unwind thanks to the beautiful natural surroundings. From the north of the island to the south, you will find well-developed cycle paths and beautiful hiking trails. You can climb in the climbing forest in Pudagla, visit the historical technical museum in Peenemünde, walk in the footsteps of the emperor in Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, enjoy a coffee in Mellenthin Castle, visit the Dutch windmill in Benz, go on an island safari and much, much more.
