This holiday flat, newly furnished in 2017 with an inviting design, full of cosiness on a spacious 69 sqm, is located in a very quiet south-facing slope of the Gehrenberg: only about 5 minutes walk to the city centre as well as to the edge of the forest, it is ideal for your relaxing holiday as well as for business trips.
Particularly attractive for families: a beautiful playground near the house and lots of nature will delight children at any time of year: picnic and tobogganing meadows with a marvellous panorama of Lake Constance.
In summer, the pleasant temperature is immediately noticeable due to the location and construction of the flat.
The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living/dining area with an attractive bay window flooded with light (including external shutters). The living area has a sofa bed (sleeping area 120 x 220 m), TV and multimedia system (including Blu-Ray, DVD and USB). Next to the living/dining area you will find a spacious kitchen with an exceptionally comprehensive range of equipment: from dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine to oven/steam cooker combination. The bedrooms are located at the back of the flat: a main room with a 180x200 cm bed and large wardrobe provides access to the second bedroom for two people (90x200 cm bunk bed + wardrobe). A baby or toddler travel cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. The spacious storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the comfort of the flat. Of course, our guest WLAN is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. Up to 2 car parking spaces, laundry package per person and additional costs are included in the accommodation price.
