The “ANS Bootshaus” vacation home is so close to the water that you could almost believe you accidentally booked the boathouse instead of ANS Bootshaus – only one meter separates you from the sea! The sandy beach is also within easy walking distance. The detached house offers plenty of living space over two floors and is ideal for up to four people. It has two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and the other with a cozy bed (140x200cm). Both rooms offer restful sleeping comfort and create a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, there is a modern bathroom and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, which ensure relaxed holiday comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped – from a ceramic hob to a coffee machine. A special highlight is the sauna, perfect for those who want to “thaw out” after a day on the water. Underfloor heating, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV complete the amenities. On the balcony or terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic sea view – almost like being on the sun deck of a boat. On the roof terrace, a round sunbathing area invites you to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a leisurely read. For drivers, there is a free parking space right next to the jetty. The surrounding area is ideal for relaxing walks on the beach, sporting activities such as cycling or sailing, or excursions to the nearby villages.
