Friedrichskoog lies on a peninsula right by the Schleswig-Holstein tidal flats national park, only about an hour by car to the north-west of Hamburg. The North Sea town Friedrichskoog is in a rural location between cabbage and grain fields in the southern part of the Dithmarschen region. The Friedrichskoog-Spitze holiday region has a green beach, with guided walks on the tidal flats and events all year round.

The holiday house features an open layout with a gallery in the living room. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining corner and an open kitchen (4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment) and a fireplace. The ground floor also has a bedroom (all beds are already made) and a bathroom. The second bedroom is on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. The nearest train station is about 23km away in Sankt Michaelisdonn, accessible by public transport.
