The house with Mediterranean flair is idyllically situated on a small pond, bright and friendly through large French windows, and absolutely quiet. Nevertheless, it offers ideal infrastructure: railway station (10 min walk) with direct connection to Munich (Bayernticket!!!), Passau, Regensburg, etc. Good shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi etc.), close to the Danube + Bavarian Forest. Ideal for cycling or hiking.
