Very private holiday flat with pool, garden and roof terrace in a beautiful rural setting. Villa Kaslan is located in a very private area surrounded by date palms, banana plantations, sugar cane and wheat fields on the West Bank of Luxor. The property itself has many flowers, shrubs, lime, mandarin and papaya trees, peppermint, basil..... The peace and quiet on site is only interrupted by the chirping of the birds during the day and the chirping of the crickets in the evening and you can really relax here. Be it by or in the swimming pool, on the large roof terrace with panoramic views, in the garden or on the separate terraces of the holiday flats; there is always somewhere to be found. We also live there ourselves, so there is always someone on hand to hand over the keys and deal with any requests or problems.

The ferry stops at the same place, which takes you across the Nile in a few minutes and stops right in front of Luxor Temple. Feluccas and motorboats can also be hired here. However, it is also very easy - and cheap - to order a taxi for the route from Villa Kaslan to the Nile. Even closer are most of the archaeological sights for which Luxor is rightly world-famous. Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habu Temple, Ramesseum, Colossi of Memnon, Tombs of the Nobles, Hatshepsut Temple and, and, and - all just a few minutes' drive away.
