Our house is located in a residential area in Heiligenhafen. It was built in 2001 and is of a high standard. The property is on a slight slope. The garden can be fully utilised by our guests. The fitted kitchen has a cooker incl. oven, a fridge with integrated 3-star freezer compartment and is equipped with a dishwasher. It is an 80m² flat with a balcony. This flat is a ground floor and barrier-free flat! The property has a slight slope, therefore the balcony A coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer can be used. A cot and a high chair are available. There are two other flats in the house. A DSL connection or WLAN is available. Near the house there is a bus stop for the city bus, which stops there several times a day. The pedestrian zone (the town centre) can be reached on foot in approx. 10 to 15 minutes. The beach is approx. 1500m-2000m away. There is the Baltic Sea, the inland lake, the Steinwarder bathing lagoon in between, followed by the Graswarder nature reserve with its bird sanctuary and breeding area for countless bird species, the award-winning marina with its charter facilities and the municipal harbour with its fish and grain handling and fishing cutter fleet. Directly adjacent to this is the old town with its museum, the 830-year-old town church, the many shops, from bakeries to department stores, restaurants and other catering establishments. Or you can walk through the harbour along the shore path towards the Ortmühle mill, the circular hiking trail around the inland lake, with the new promenade, playgrounds and many places to sit and relax and the wonderful view of the inland lake. The beach hiking trail to the steep coast, the high shore - you won't find all this in this combination a second time on the Baltic Sea. The holiday park with its many shopping facilities and restaurants is just a short walk from the Baltic Sea beach and 15 minutes from the town. In the holiday park you will find the Aktiv-Hus, opened in 2006, with its extensive wellness and leisure facilities and the children's paradise "Treasure Island". HEILIGENHAFEN - that means: over 4 km of bathing beach on the Steinwarder dune peninsula, guarded by the DLRG, many kilometres of promenade and hiking trails as well as cycle paths around the inland lake, to the steep bank, to the Graswarder nature reserve with its bird sanctuary and regular guided tours, or to the always busy fishing harbour with its shopping arcade and restaurants.HEILIGENHAFEN - that means: a beautifully preserved old town that directly adjoins the harbour area and invites you to stroll and shop. Here you will also find a variety of catering establishments. HEILIGENHAFEN also means year-round cutter trips for deep-sea fishing, sailing, surfing, scuba diving, tennis, indoor tennis courts, mini golf, bowling, horse riding, cycling, entertainment evenings, concerts, film and slide shows and lots more SEA .... .
