The flat is located on the first floor of the Chesa Formel. The building is located on the edge of the forest right at the entrance to Val Roseg. In the colder months, it is not uncommon to spot some wild animals in the neighbouring forest.
The Chesa Formel is part of the STALLA ENGIADINA, which is a riding stable and can also offer horse-drawn carriage rides.
The flat is ideal for families, groups of friends, and sports groups.
It is strategically located for cross-country skiers, as the track passes in front of the house, and it is also ideal for ski mountaineers or downhill skiers. In the warmer months, you can set off directly from the Chesa Formel for various hikes or mountain bike tours. In the Stalla Engiadina you can wash your bike after your adventures.
Families with children can enjoy a large outdoor area to play in the sand in the warmer months or build an igloo out of snow in winter.
A little way from the centre of Pontresina, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, peace and quiet reigns at the Chesa Formel, but a cheerful dinner with friends won't disturb any neighbours.
