In the basement is the indoor swimming pool (10.6 m x 6.6 m; 1.50 m deep) approx. 70 mÂČ with access to the sunbathing lawn and tennis court, the sauna with sunbathing area, table tennis room, fitness studio with training equipment, laundry/drying room (washing machine and tumble dryer with coin-operated counter), Internet access (hotsplots) and bicycle/ski storage room.
Lift in the house and car parking spaces around the complex.

Swimming pool daily from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm
Sauna Tuesday and Saturday from 17.00 to 21.00 / The sauna heater is to be switched on by the users themselves.
Tennis court daily from 9.00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 20.00
Table tennis room daily from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
The swimming pool is closed from the 2nd week of November to the 3rd week of December each year.
The village centre of Tiefenbach and the bus stop are approx. 200 m away, Oberstdorf is 7 km away. Garden and car parking spaces available. The house is an ideal starting point for numerous walking, hiking and cycling trails, climbing garden, cross-country ski trails, ski lift and ski school. Families with children are very welcome! Four-legged family members are also welcome.
