Discover our charming holiday home, ideal for families looking for quality, comfort and adventure. The house, suitable for up to six people, not only offers a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside, but also direct access to many leisure activities. Situated in the picturesque village of Brione, this accommodation promises unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.
The interior of the house is spread over two floors and covers around 120 m2.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a cosy sofa, dining table, child seat, a warming Swedish stove, underfloor heating, TV, radio and WLAN. The integrated, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, a ceramic hob with extractor fan, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A separate WC with washbasin completes the offer.
The first floor has three double bedrooms, an additional children's bed and two bathrooms with shower/WC and a washing machine. From the balcony you can enjoy a marvellous view.
The outdoor area invites you to linger with a spacious, covered seating area directly in front of the living room. Here you can enjoy the impressive panorama of the lake and mountains. The spacious garden offers a garden table, a play and sunbathing area and a small paddling pool (D 300 cm H 60 cm), perfect for relaxing days outdoors. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas barbecue are available for your barbecue experience.
The area surrounding the holiday home offers a variety of leisure activities. Directly from the house, you can set off on hikes in the surrounding mountains, explore the valleys or visit the nearby town of Locarno. The picturesque village centre of Brione, with restaurants and basic shopping facilities, is just a few minutes' walk away.
