As the new owners of this exceptional property, we are proud to offer our guests a unique holiday experience - including a spa and fitness area, modern facilities and numerous cosy outdoor corners that are kissed by the sun in different ways depending on the time of day.
The interior of the house impresses with its exciting living experience on half floors, complemented by carefully selected colours and materials as well as stylish decorative elements. Well-being and cosiness characterise every corner of the house - a place that invites you to stay whatever the weather. Whether it's the sauna, steam bath or the fitness room with equipment for larger people, you will find the right offer for your well-being at any time of year.
The outdoor area of our hotel is a prime example of relaxation and enjoyment. More than six different seating areas, from the charming kiwi pergola to the exclusive lounge by the whirlpool, invite you to enjoy the idyllic tranquillity, the lush vegetation and the spectacular view of the lake. The year-round whirlpool with a temperature of 37.5 degrees promises an unrivalled relaxation experience under the open sky, especially in the evening hours.
Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Ticino with its average of 220 days of sunshine per year, our location offers the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the region. The holiday home estate complements the offer with a communal swimming pool (11x 5m-not heated), which is available from May to the end of October and promises the best relaxation thanks to its location and equipment. In addition, our house is characterised by its environmentally friendly operation, which is almost CO2-neutral thanks to a large photovoltaic system.
