Located in the centre of a quiet residential area, above the village church of Malvaglia, this bijoux offers an exclusive retreat for couples with dogs or without dogs who are looking for a stylish and quiet retreat for weeks or longer periods. Just 2 minutes by car or a leisurely 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, it combines historic architecture with modern comfort and breathtaking views of the valley.
The interior design of the house reflects a harmonious combination of antique charm and modern elegance. Spread over two floors, guests will find a cosy bedroom on the ground floor with an integrated bathroom featuring a luxurious bathtub, a WC and an elegantly designed washbasin. The upper floor opens onto a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, an office and a wet room, complemented by a wooden veranda and a sun terrace offering picturesque views of the surrounding area.
