The very bright, quietly located 3.5 room flat (77m2) is on the 2nd floor of an apartment block in the centre of the village of Champfèr. The living room with dining area has a TV and free WLAN. In the large bedroom you will find a comfortable, large double bed and in the smaller room there is a bunk bed. A cot is also available if required. The bright bathroom with window has a bath/shower/WC. From the large terrace (20m2) you have a fantastic view of Lake Champfèr and the Engadine mountains. This is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed. The village shop/post office and the bus stop are only 100 metres away. Cross-country skiing and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
