Immerse yourself in the charm of a renovated, modern furnished 1 1/2 room flat on the first floor of a protected patrician house, located in the heart of the historic village centre of Samedan. Carefully renovated in 2021, this flat combines modern living culture in a traditional setting and offers you the perfect starting point to discover the fascinating Upper Engadine in all its facets.
Inside, the flat seduces with freshly laid parquet flooring, a new colour scheme and a practical room layout. An inviting entrance hall with cloakroom leads you into the cosy kitchenette, equipped with everything you need for culinary enjoyment in the dining area. A separate wardrobe provides additional storage space, while the combined living room and bedroom with a comfortable seating area, a double bed with adjustable head and footboard and Sunrise TV/radio ensure relaxing moments. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a WC with Closomat, which completes the living comfort.
