Beautiful and cosy 3 ½ room flat on the 1st floor in the Chesa Üerts in Sils-Maria. Central and quiet location. The flat can be reached by stairs or easily barrier-free with the lift and is suitable for 2-4 persons. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony (with electric sun blinds) with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the sheltered garden. Here you can enjoy the morning sun. The sofa in the holiday flat is particularly cosy and offers space for everyone. The large TV with the option of time-shift television and the integrated video recorder are ideal for relaxing film evenings on the sofa. WLAN is included in the holiday flat. The dining table with 5 chairs is also located in the living room. In the well-equipped open kitchen (induction cooker and combi-steamer) you can prepare your favourite meal quickly and easily.

The two bedrooms are furnished with large double beds (180 x 200) and plenty of storage space in the large wardrobes. From the first bedroom, you have access to another west-facing balcony (with electric sun blinds) from which you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
The living room as well as the bedrooms can be fully darkened with electric shutters. There are also day curtains.
The holiday flat has two bathrooms. Both with shower, mirror cabinet, washbasin and WC Closomat. The second has an additional shower/bathtub.
In the basement there is a storage room for bicycles as well as a ski and waxing room.
The flat also has a numbered private parking space in the nearby underground car park.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Writers such as Nietzsche, artists such as Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie have been inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and have contributed to Sils being considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin today. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. This is because particularly high "Bovis values" have been measured here.

Idyllically nestled between Lakes Sils and Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh.

If you want to go higher, you will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. And a trip on Lake Sils with Europe's highest scheduled boat is a particularly impressive way to enjoy the mountain scenery.

Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
