Surrounded by the beautiful countryside, which invites you to go hiking and cycling, our 60 square metre non-smoking flat on the ground floor is perfect for up to 6 people. Whether you want to explore the Sauerland or the Paderborn region, all excursion destinations are easily accessible from here.
Two bedrooms await you in our cosy domicile, one with a double bed and a folding bed, the other with a double bed and a cot, equipped with comfort duvets in size 155x220 for a restful night's sleep. An additional bedroom offers space for further guests with two new sofa beds. A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, microwave and more, a bathroom with walk-in shower and an additional washbasin in one of the bedrooms, in addition to a satellite TV, books and various games, ensure a pleasant stay.
The outdoor area of our holiday flat has a terrace equipped with benches, a table and a parasol, inviting you to relax in the open air. In addition to a car park directly in front of the door, the accommodation also offers a drying loft and storage facilities for bicycles. A cot, high chair and changing mat are available for our younger guests.
Our excellent location not only offers a direct view of the church square, but also provides the perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Both the vastness of the Sauerland and the treasures of the Paderborn region are within easy reach. Local amenities such as a bakery are located in the immediate neighbourhood.
