The holiday home is located in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park, 2 km from Lake Edersee in the village of Basdorf in a very quiet weekend house settlement, surrounded by fields, meadows and forest. The 60 mÂČ wooden house is surrounded by nature on an 800 mÂČ plot with mature trees and a sunbathing lawn. You are located directly in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and only 2 km from Lake Edersee. Shopping is 2 km away and cafĂ©s and restaurants are 500 metres away.
The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2016 and newly furnished. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed 180x200 cm and TV or two single beds 90x200 cm and a living room with a wood-burning stove, a sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC and can be reached via a corridor. All in all, a house with a feel-good atmosphere.
The house also has its own car park. From the living room you can reach the covered terrace with wind protection and garden furniture.
