The quietly situated holiday flat is located directly at the foot of the Rothaar ridge in the Latrop district.
Here you are surrounded by numerous hiking trails, including the Waldsklupturerweg and the Rothaarsteig. The town centre of Schallenberg is around 10 km away and offers numerous shopping facilities, an outdoor pool, fitness studios, bars and restaurants etc. Schmallenberg is a climatic health resort and offers a wide range of tourist attractions, primarily for hiking, mountain biking, motorbike riding and winter sports. The famous "Sahnehang" in Winterberg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can hire bicycles in Schmallenberg.
If the weather is not so good, there is also a TV in the bedroom.
The flat is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase outside via the terrace.
The path is not barrier-free and therefore unfortunately not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
