The newly renovated 1½ room flat on the ground floor of the Condominio Fiori residential complex is in a central location with direct access to the Locarno - Orselina mountain railway. The town with the Piazza Grande, old town, lake, railway station, shops and restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The infrastructure of the four buildings of Condominio Fiori includes a large, ozone-cleaned indoor swimming pool with massage jets, solarium, spacious communal hall, showers, table tennis room, communal laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer, lift and a very well-kept, subtropical garden with sunbathing lawn. The flat can also be rented on a monthly basis.

The local contact person will also be happy to help you during your stay during office hours Mon - Fri from 09.30 to 10.30 and 17.00 to 18.00. The hostess is always ready to answer any further questions you may have. The lake, the town - Piazza Grande and the old town centre with shops, restaurants, the train station, the Castello, the Madonna del Sasso monastery towering above the accommodation, etc. are all within walking distance. The house has its own station on the Locarno - Orselina mountain railway, from where the cable car takes you to the Cardada hiking region. If you are not travelling by car, you can reach almost all of the numerous excursion destinations in the region, Ascona, Brissago Islands, the Italian towns and markets by bus, train or boat.
