The flat
The spacious 4.5-room maisonette flat offers plenty of space for a maximum of 8 people. It is located on the southern slope of Breil/Brigels with a fantastic and unrestricted view over the entire Surselva valley.
The flat is spread over two floors. On the lower floor is the entrance with a cloakroom, a bathroom and two WCs. Also on the lower floor is a spacious room with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and a large wardrobe.
The entrance area leads into the large living and dining room with open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a large double bed (180x220 cm). The flat has many toys, a Tripp Trapp with protection, a child seat and a cot.
The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave offers everything for big and small cooks.
There are two bedrooms and an attic room on the 1st floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). The second room has two single beds (90x200 cm) and space for an additional mattress or a cot.
The cosy attic room is slightly elevated above the two-bed room and offers plenty of comfort with a single bed (90x200 cm).
There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna in the main building, which are part of the complex. The indoor pool is free of charge and the sauna can be used for a small fee. The sauna can be booked privately by making a reservation. There is also an underground car park in the same building, where parking space no. 35 belongs to the flat. Visitor car parking spaces are available.
A bread roll service can be ordered from the caretaker in the main building. A large selection of children's toys are available for free use and a table tennis table invites you to linger.
