This holiday house is in an apartment building on two floors and is situated just before the old fishing village of BĂŒsum by the North Sea. The new holiday accommodation integrated into a farm provides ample space to retreat and to enjoy a holiday in healthy and salty North Sea air.
The private terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing undisturbed with an open view of greenery. Children and adults can play all kinds of ball games, Frisbee or darts on the lawn. There is also a charcoal grill, to end the day outdoors with a sundowner. Five bicycles are available for use free of charge for exploring the area. There are plenty of parking spaces in the garage and in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday house of around 150mÂČ has a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and a counter with two bar stools. The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine, a freezer, a dresser with household cleaning utensils, an iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner. The generous living and dining room provides a comfortable sofa, satellite TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with a CD player and USM port, a well-stocked book shelf, board games for all ages, and a large dining table for up to eight people. The guest WC has a toilet and a washbasin. Stairs lead to the upper floor of the house with a bedroom with a double bed 180cm wide and another bedroom also with a double bed 180cm wide, a single bed 90cm wide, and a sofa bed 140cm wide. There is a further sofa bed 160cm wide for two people in an additional bedroom. If the beds are not required then it serves as a cosy reading room with a sofa and bookshelves, as well as a little study with a laptop connection. The owner can also provide a childâs bed. The large bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a bath, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. (Under-floor) heating and wireless Internet access are available in all rooms in the house.
There is an everyday grocery shop just 200 metres away and you can buy fresh bread rolls, your daily paper and a litre of milk at the local petrol station. On the neighbouring farm site you can buy a wide selection of regional vegetables, seasonal fruit, potatoes and herbs. The nearest restaurant, the âTierra del marâ, is about 300 metres away or you can visit the bistro at the sports airfield about 1km away We highly recommend the restaurant at Gasthof Leesch just 2.5km away in the neighbouring village ReinsbĂŒttel. The gastronomic experts at the family-run enterprise will treat you to seasonal products and dishes of the highest quality, primarily from the region. Large shopping markets can be found ijBĂŒsum 5km away. An indoor pool and a family lagoon in BĂŒsum invite you to go swimming. You can go on various trips from the accommodation, such as boat trips from BĂŒsum to Helgoland to the seal embankments, a visit to the Eidersperrwerk (ca. 15km) or the Multimar Wattforum (largest information centre for the Schleswig-Holstein Tidal Flats National Park) intoning (ca. 28km). Brochures, suggestions and public transport timetables about trip destinations can be found in the apartment.
