The Tirol holiday home is located in Umhausen in the centre of the Ătztal. From Umhausen you can quickly reach the nearby ski areas of Hochoetz-KĂŒthai, Sölden or Obergurgl-Hochgurgl.
In summer, the hiking trails start directly from the house. Sights and attractions for the whole family can be found within a radius of 500m to 20km.
The newly renovated and modernly equipped holiday home Tirol extends over four floors with 300mÂČ of living space and can accommodate up to 18 people. The entire house has eight bedrooms (4 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and a total of five bathrooms.
Three double rooms (including one triple room) are on the ground floor, one double room and two bathrooms with shower/WC and washbasin (including washing machine) are on the ground floor, three further double rooms (including one triple room) and two bathrooms with shower/WC and washbasin are on the first floor and a further double room and a bathroom with bath/WC and washbasin are on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with stove bench and lounge area as well as a large dining area for up to 18 people.
On the 2nd floor there is also a living area with a tiled stove and stove bench. From here you have a marvellous view of the Ătztal mountains. In the garden there is a seating area with barbecue facilities and a playground with trampoline.
In the leisure and games room you will find toys for your little ones, a table tennis table and a ski boot dryer.

With this card you benefit from many advantages in the Ătztal: all open mountain lifts, public transport, admission to the swimming pools and bathing lakes, admission to the museums, Ătztal Birds of Prey Park, and much more. The Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall, the Ătzi Village, the Birds of Prey Park and the Umhausen bathing lake are all located close to our hotel.
Thanks to the excellent location in the centre of the Ătztal, you can quickly reach all the sights. The Hochoetz-KĂŒthai, Sölden and Gurgl ski areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus.
The Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall is a 30-minute walk away.
In our "Erlebnisstodl" you will find a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children aged 0-8 years).
In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, playing football or a game of table tennis.
Our two ponies Sissi & Maya, rabbits Misa & Leandro and guinea pigs Knut & Madonna are also looking forward to your visit. They live in the "pony stable".
