The Baltic Sea is within sight and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Groß Schwansee is located on the Baltic Sea between Travemünde (10km) and Boltenhagen (15km), in the middle of the unspoilt Mecklenburg countryside with a wonderful natural sandy beach, meadows and fields.

The Landhaus 4 Jahreszeiten is perfectly equipped for your relaxation! The quietly located, modern half-timbered house was built in 2017, furnished to a high standard and decorated with great attention to detail and charm. The focus is on making your holiday as comfortable and pleasant as possible. You should want for nothing during this wonderful time. The German Tourism Association has again classified our country house 2023 for 8 people with very good results and awarded it 5 stars!!! Groups of up to 16 people can be accommodated here and in our second identical country house on the same property. In the inspection report, the DTV certifies: "A very exclusive house with great attention to detail, super furnishings, own wellness area, high-quality furnishings - simply great. Beautiful outdoor area with outdoor pool, lounge furniture and playground."

With a total of 150 m² spread over two floors, you can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 small children. There are a total of 8 beds in four bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. Three bedrooms have directly adjoining en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, are furnished with luxurious box-spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm). In the third bedroom, you sleep on a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in real leather with adjustable headboards. The fourth, small bedroom has two comfortable single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Children and teenagers will feel particularly at home here. It is possible to set up children's beds in bedrooms 1-3. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with spacious wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, safes, external blinds and SMART TVs. There are 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people and 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people. Single occupancy is possible with a surcharge. If 9 or 10 people >3 years of age need to be accommodated, we can set up to 2 guest beds in the living room or wellness area.

The 3 modern en-suite bathrooms spoil you with level and step-free shower areas with rain showers, elegant glass walls and illuminated storage compartments. The V&B washbasins with vanity units and additional shelves offer plenty of space for your bathroom and cosmetic accessories. There is a bidet in two of the bathrooms. Exclusive illuminated bathroom mirrors, vanity mirrors and Bluetooth radios are further highlights here.

The 50 m² living and dining area offers enough space for the whole family or larger groups. You can spend relaxing hours at the large oak dining table with comfortable armchairs and space for 8-10 people as well as in the cosy living area, furnished with high-quality sofas with 8 seats. The underfloor heating and the gas fireplace, which can be booked as an option, create the perfect cosy atmosphere. A high-quality Samsung/Marantz/Elac home cinema system with 55" SMART TV, Blu-Ray player and high-end receiver are available here. Netflix streaming is installed in the TV. You can also use a Playstation PS 4 and our range of DVDs and CDs. A games collection and a holiday library with a selection for young and old are also available. We also offer you a wine depot with exquisite international wines at moderate prices.

The modern open-plan kitchen with bar is fully equipped to a very high standard. Here you will find everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible: a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, dishwasher and oven. For your coffee enjoyment, you can choose between a SAECO fully automatic coffee machine with integrated milk container for 6 coffee specialities and a filter coffee machine. Electrical appliances include a toaster, egg cooker, kettle, food processor and blender. A large range of pans and pots with many kitchen utensils enable you to cook perfectly and enjoyably. A large SMART TV also provides entertainment here. Elegant V&B crockery, silver cutlery and a high-quality range of glasses ensure the perfect table setting.

An absolute highlight of the house is the 25 m² indoor wellness area on the upper floor with a fantastic view over meadows and fields. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the large sauna with a glass front for six people, the climatic steam bath and an indoor whirlpool 190 cm x 120 cm for 2 people. After a soothing sauna session, you can cool off under the rain shower and with the Kneipp hose before relaxing in the two Kneipp footbaths or in the deckchairs in front of the large SMART TV. For sporting activities, you are welcome to use our fitness equipment: a cross trainer, a sit-up bench, dumbbells and a gymnastics mat. ATTENTION: the indoor wellness area must be booked separately. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book individual services. Bookings can only be made for the entire holiday period.

The house has its own telephone system, with which you can make free calls to all German networks. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge in the utility room.

From the living and dining area you have direct access to the beautiful garden, which offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation with a total of three furnished terraces with pool, lounge and dining areas.

Our No. 1 highlight in the garden: relax in the bubbling V&B outdoor whirlpool (2.40 cm x 2.40 cm) for a total of five people at 37.5° all year round ATTENTION: the outdoor whirlpool must be booked separately. The booking can only be made for the entire holiday period.

Our highlight no. 2 in the garden, right next to the lounge area, is the new "Sylt" beach chair from the beach chair professionals in Buxtehude. Our beach chair guarantees pure relaxation and recreation! A large Weber charcoal barbecue, loungers, deckchairs and parasols make your holiday perfect.

For the little ones there is a children's play area with plenty of space to run around. A sandpit, climbing frame, playhouse and picnic table provide plenty of fun and enjoyment. There is a separate garden shed where you can park your bike. Four rental bicycles and a handcart can be used free of charge.

There are three car parking spaces available. You can use our 11kW wall box for electric cars. Billing according to consumption.

The house is brand new - our guests have only been enjoying their dream holiday here since 2017. Look forward to a spacious, cosy holiday home that offers you that certain luxury you want for an optimal holiday. The DTV has officially classified our country house and awarded it 5 stars!!! And if you want to come with up to 16 people, you can book our second identical country house on the same property.

For our guests we have worked out 20 hiking and cycling tours from 2km to 100km with start and finish directly at our country house. The free komoot navigation system will take you safely there and back through the beautiful countryside.

The surrounding area is characterised by meadows and fields and the tranquillity of Mecklenburg's natural landscape. A real highlight in the neighbourhood: the Groß Schwansee castle estate with restaurant and brasserie as well as the castle park with a beautiful avenue leading directly to the beach. On the Baltic Sea cycle path along the coast, you can cycle through endless golden-yellow rapeseed and grain fields with the best views. You can quickly cycle to Boltenhagen or Travemünde, from where the cycle path continues via Timmendorfer Strand to Neustadt. You can enjoy metropolitan flair in the 4 Hanseatic cities of Lübeck, Wismar (35 km each) or Rostock and Hamburg (100 km each).
