This holiday apartment is on the ground floor (4 steps) of an apartment building within the “Lagunenstadt” holiday complex with a yacht harbour and boat mooring, right by the Stettiner Haff at the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 200 metres away. The Ueckermünde seaside town, the easternmost German harbour town at the Stettiner Haff, has around 12000 inhabitants. It has developed into a very highly recommended holiday destination in recent years.

The apartment faces the yacht harbour. Each window and the terrace affords an unobstructed view of the marina with its moored boats. The terrace faces south-west and has chairs, a table and a parasol. The complex the apartment is on has a children’s playground. Pets are not allowed.

The 46m² apartment has a modern interior and has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people (195 x 140cm), a dining space for four people, a flatscreen TV and a radio with a CD player. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, a large wardrobe and a dresser. The owner can also provide a cot free of charge. There is a kitchen open towards the living room with an electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and central heating. All the windows have fly screens and the terrace doors have an insect screen door. The whole apartment offers wireless Internet access. Some board games await you.

The historical old town centre of Ueckermünde is about 2km away, with an old town worth seeing with cafes, restaurants and shops, a yacht harbour on the Uecker with boat hire, ferries to Poland and the island of Usedom, a beautiful animal park, a well-maintained beach facility with a Kurpark and a promenade at the Stettiner Haff with gastronomy, canopy beach chair hire and minigolf. Owing to the well-developed cycling and hiking trail network, you can explore the beautiful and richly forested surroundings even without a car. Fishing enthusiasts can find the best conditions at the Uecker River. The nearest grocery shop is 750 metres away.

All the prices include heating, water and electricity costs and the final cleaning. The beds are already made on arrival and a hand and shower towel are provided for each guest.
