Here you will find a spacious and comfortable holiday flat with a roof terrace in a terraced house. You will benefit from a relaxing holiday in a quiet location on the edge of the district, which is peacefully surrounded by fields to the east of the capital. Day trips to Berlin are possible within an hour by public transport or in your own car.
You can organise an outdoor breakfast or dinner on the roof terrace. An electric barbecue and a fold-out dining table with four stools are at your disposal. There is also an open private car park right next to the house. Children can enjoy a playground right outside the front door, which is visible from the flat.
The holiday flat on the first floor has a living space of 159 mÂČ, which is noticeably larger due to the sloping ceilings and offers you plenty of space and numerous sleeping options for a holiday together. You are welcomed into six generously proportioned rooms, which are colourful and decorated with murals to create a lively atmosphere. The interior is divided into five bedrooms, a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and a shower room, each with a WC. The first three bedrooms each have two double beds measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. This means that each room can sleep up to four people. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are both designed as classic double rooms for two people with a French bed of the same dimensions. In the living room, you can pull out the two leather sofa beds (140 cm x 200 cm) as you wish, so that the flat can accommodate up to 20 people in total with a maximum occupancy. Next to the living area, you can enjoy a meal together at the dining table for six people. From there, you can access the roof terrace through the exterior door, which lets in plenty of natural light. The open-plan corner kitchen allows you to conveniently prepare your own meals using the four-zone ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and the usual small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The comfortable furnishings also include a workstation with multifunction printer in one of the bedrooms, a TV with DVD player in the living room and free Wi-Fi internet access. A cot and high chair are also available.
An ice cream parlour awaits your visit 200 metres away in the district. A riding stable is just the same distance away. The surrounding area invites you to go on long hikes or excursions into the nature reserves. The next largest town, FĂŒrstenwalde, is approx. 5 km away with its cathedral, shopping facilities and the Schwapp water park. Bus route 432 stops in the village and takes you to FĂŒrstenwalde, from where you can quickly reach Berlin city centre by express train (approx. 56 min). A golf course and tennis centre within a radius of 20 km provide sporting variety. Berlin is 50 km away by car.
