Holiday home with a beautiful view / whirlpool, outdoor sauna and sun shower The houses are located directly on the water in a holiday park with leisure facilities. The holiday homes are all completely renovated and have a beautiful view of the Ijsselmeer. Each house has its own jetty, a south-west facing terrace with garden furniture and cushions. There are always two parking spaces for guests in front of the houses. You can hire canoes, pedalos, electric boats, bicycles and kettcars directly from the park. The mini golf course is just round the corner. Bowling, surfing, fishing and horse riding are just a small selection for those who want to be active. A special children's programme is also organised during the holidays. Makkum is an old Frisian fishing village to fall in love with, which until the construction of the Afsluitdijk was located on the South Sea and was therefore a harbour town with a lot of industrial activity. There is still plenty of evidence of the old trades today. The oldest factory is "Koninklijke Tichelaar - Anno 1594", which is still world-famous for its ceramic glazes. The village has retained its old charm and offers tourists rest and relaxation. Many restaurants invite you to enjoy a cosy, delicious meal. The shops and the fishing harbour are also worth a visit. Within 100 kilometres you will find everything that makes the Netherlands and Friesland so unique. Visit the town of Sneek or Lemmer for a shopping spree. Or are you a nature lover? Then there are beautiful natural landscapes with reed beds and many bird species in the immediate vicinity. Perhaps you would prefer to take a boat trip. You can charter boats directly here. Fishing, surfing, horse riding, mini golf, bowling, cycling and much more is on offer. The nearest supermarket is just one kilometre away.

The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and a converted floor without standing height (highest point approx. 1.60 metres), where you will find 2 sleeping places for 1 person each. 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 metres. The 4th bedroom has a single bed. It is possible to create another sleeping accommodation by pulling out another mattress under the single bed. However, this bedroom is very small. One bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool and a washbasin. The WC is located directly next to the bathroom. A 2nd bathroom is equipped with a shower/sun shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine/dryer combination. The living room and the kitchen and dining area are approximately 50 square metres in size. The view here is very nice. You can also access the terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi directly from here.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture/sunshade and an outdoor jacuzzi. You can access the water directly from your property. There is also a small jetty here. The nature reserve is located opposite the property.

A travel cot and high chair are available in the house

Swimming is possible directly in front of the house or in the IJsselmeer, which is only a few minutes' walk away. The sandy beach on the IJsselmeer invites you to play or go for a walk. The terrace faces south and west. You can therefore enjoy the sun until sunset. In front of the terrace is a fairway with an open connection to the IJsselmeer.
