Location: The holiday flat is situated on a quiet half-height location directly in Baiersbronn. You have a fantastic view of the Tonbach valley, Murg valley, the Rinkenkopf, the Stöckerkopf and Baiersbronn. The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family house with a granny flat. It was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2016. It is equipped with every comfort and a sauna is also available on request.

The Aida holiday flat in Baiersbronn is very spacious with 2 rooms and approx. 66 mÂČ and is ideally divided.
The highlight in the bedroom are two French double beds (queen-size beds), each measuring 140 x 200 cm. Here you can make yourself comfortable and really get a good night's sleep. A toddler/baby bed (140 x 70 cm) and a nappy-changing facility are available, and an additional baby travel cot (120 x 60 cm) is also available if required. The room is bright and cosy. A 5-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers offer plenty of storage space. There is a choice of different pillows. The bed linen, comfort size 150 x 220 cm, is provided.
From the living room, you can access the covered south-west-facing terrace, which was newly laid in May 2021. The light-flooded room has a large, cosy sofa with lots of cushions. A second sofa can also be used as a single bed. If required, an extra bed is available so that a total of 4 people and up to two babies or a baby and a toddler can stay in the flat.
A satellite LED TV and a DVD player, as well as many films, will help you pass the time in the evening if you don't want to admire the sunset on the terrace. Or read one of the many books available. Here you will also find a first aid kit for emergencies. A large number of flyers inform you about sights, excursion tips, hiking and mountain bike routes, as well as restaurants and shopping facilities, some of which are also available in English and French.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. Complete cooking and eating utensils, glasses and cups, plenty of cutlery, break-proof children's crockery, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, microwave oven, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, 1 coffee machine (Senseo for coffee pods), kettle, egg cooker, rice cooker, toaster and much more leave nothing to be desired. A large collection of cookery books invites you to experiment. Towels, tea towels, dishcloths and cleaning cloths are provided. An initial supply of dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, hand soap and cleaning products is available.
The sunny dining area is located directly by the window with a view of the garden.
The bathroom has a shower, a WC and a washbasin, a spacious linen cupboard, a mirror cabinet, a hairdryer and make-up mirror. Towels and hand sanitiser are provided.
There is a shoe cupboard and a cloakroom in the hallway.
A large sauna is available on request for a small fee, towels are provided.
The flat is a non-smoking flat, smoking is only permitted in the designated area in front of the entrance door or in the garden.
Stairs lead from the car park to the flat; the flat itself and access to the garden are at ground level.
Children are welcome.
Dog/s are allowed on request. I live in the house myself, in the flat above the holiday flat, and have two very small dogs. Occasionally I also look after two small neighbouring dogs during the day. Other pets, e.g. cats, are not allowed.

Outdoor area: You have a covered south-west-facing terrace with sunbathing lawn. This is well ingrown and separated from the rest of the garden. A toddler slide and outdoor games are available for children travelling with you. Your dog(s) can also feel at home here. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. A large wooden bench can also be used and there is also a garden lounger and parasol.

Special features: You have a fantastic panoramic view of Baiersbronn and the surrounding mountains and valleys. Hiking and mountain bike trails start practically on the doorstep. You have one floor of the house all to yourself and a separate entrance. Children and dogs are welcome. The flat was completely renovated in 2016 and offers every comfort. The highlight is the two French beds, each measuring 140 x 200 cm per person.
