Our house is located directly on Lake Holzendorf. It is a detached house which is used exclusively as a holiday home. In the cold months we open the sauna for you.
An oasis of well-being has been created on over 100 mÂČ over two floors. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, the living room with fireplace corner, a large dining room with couch and TV, a bedroom with TV and a full bathroom en suite. On the second open-plan floor there is an additional sleeping area (only suitable for children) with a double bed, an extra bed and a cot. There is also a small TV corner with sofa and armchairs and a small bathroom with WC and washbasin. There are plenty of toys for our younger guests in the large children's play corner. After a long day at the beach or at the Baltic Sea or with countless impressions of the city, you can relax in the large living room on our 'LĂŒmmel Couch' with a novel or a good film, in the cold season in front of the fireplace (satellite TV and DVD player available). If you like cooking, our fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze. From the cooker to the microwave, blender and coffee machine, everything you need to serve a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area overlooking the lake.
In fine weather, this is also recommended on the large, fully equipped terrace. A barbecue is available. There are garden loungers in the beach area: You will also find another terrace with a table, chairs and electricity to enjoy meals right by the water. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children. A pedal boat and a rowing boat are available.
The driveway of the property is shared.
Dabel is located in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, 45 km east of Schwerin. Numerous cycling and hiking trails in the Sternberg lake district and the Schwinzer Heide nature park offer a varied landscape of water and fields. Sternberg with its historic old town centre is 10 km away. Dobbertin with Benedictine monastery 15 km. Goldberg with nature museum, farm garden. Historic old town of Schwerin with castle, museum, state theatre. Waren an der MĂŒritz 50 km.
