The beautiful 67m² holiday home is very well equipped and offers space for 2 people. In addition to the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, it has a spacious 20m² covered south-facing terrace and the garden area directly in front of the holiday flat can be used as a sunbathing lawn.

The holiday home offers you an ideal starting point for all your excursions. All shops for daily needs such as supermarkets, beverage stores, bakeries, butchers and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away, so you can easily use the regional bus line free of charge with your Tegernsee Card.

Adjacent to the living room is the 20m² south-facing terrace and the garden area with cosy seating and loungers. Here you can have breakfast outside in the morning or simply relax in comfort.
