On the ground floor you will find the living area with a wood-burning stove and cosy seating. Two dining areas and a children's high chair make shared meals a pleasure. State-of-the-art entertainment is provided thanks to inconspicuously integrated electronics - including LCD TV (Smart TV), DVD player with Dolby surround system, Xbox 360 Kinect, a stereo system and a CD player. The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cooker.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this green oasis, which is only a ten-minute walk from the town centre. The garden with its garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place to relax outdoors.
