The house is furnished like a comfortable detached house with all the trimmings, and the charming and cosily furnished holiday home is located in the MĂŒcheln marina on the Geiseltalsee. There are two private car parking spaces on the property. The entrance is on the land side, next to the house is a boat garage. A boat (rowing or motor boat) can be rented in the immediate neighbourhood (approx. 200m). Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and a crane system are in the immediate vicinity.outdoor area and general equipment:There is a cosy underfloor heating throughout the house, for hot summers the underfloor heating can also cool, there are also cooling ceilings upstairs. WLAN is free of charge throughout the house, insect screens (or door) on 1 window per room, shutters on almost all windows, children's high chair (free of charge), baby cot (free of charge), lake terrace and jetty with a bathing ladder. The lakeside terrace is partly covered with glass.
