Dear guests, welcome to our holiday home in Zinnowitz. Our 4**** holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac directly at the coastal forest with an idyllic nature.

The property has a size of 1000 square metres and you can reach the fine Baltic Sea beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The centre of Zinnowitz is a 15-minute walk away. Of course you can hire a bike or bring your own bike from home and everything will be quicker. We can provide bicycles for two guests. For holiday guests arriving by train we can order a taxi.

Our holiday home has been lovingly furnished by us in a Nordic style and offers you enough space for up to four people on a living space of 80 square metres at any time of the year. Our guests have access to a large terrace around the house with patio furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and play facilities for the children. The car park is located on the enclosed property. Our holiday home is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. On the lower floor is the functional kitchen from 2017 with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining area etc. as well as a bright living and dining room with a large dining table for up to four people, plus a double sofa bed from 2018 which can be used for sleeping and a large flat screen TV, radio and CD player. Our large bathroom with shower, WC and window is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor is equipped with a separate bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes where there is the possibility to set up a cot for your little ones. Another bedroom with a large double bed from 2019 as well as a flat screen TV a radio and a CD player the floor is made of wood (floorboards) and was newly installed in 2015. WLAN is of course available free of charge.
