The village of Lelkendorf is nestled in the hilly landscape of the Mecklenburg Switzerland and Lake Kummerow Nature Park holiday region.
The floodplains of the Peene river provide a habitat for many rare animals, offering pure nature. For water sports enthusiasts, the Peene is a good starting point for water hikes. Lelkendorf Castle is within sight.
The large Lake Kummerow is approx. 7 km away as the crow flies - Lake Pannekow near Altkalen, a small bathing lake, can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. If you would like to play golf, the 27-hole course of the Schloss Teschow golf club (8 km) invites you.
Would you like to go to the Baltic Sea? You can reach WarnemĂŒnde in just under an hour by car.
