The modern bungalow-style holiday home is located on the edge of the Schaalsee biosphere reserve.
From the living/dining room you can access a spacious terrace via the large patio door. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view of fields, meadows and forests. There is a large charcoal barbecue, a fire bowl and a seating set with 10 chairs for socialising. The village's own playground (slide, swing, seesaw, merry-go-round, climbing frame, rocking horse, sand) is just 500 metres away. The sports field (volleyball, football, basketball) is only 50 metres away.
Our holiday home in modern bungalow style (completed in 2021) is divided into an eat-in kitchen, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room. There are no stairs. The doors are wide enough for wheelchair users. Fireplace and WLAN (LTE - broadband expansion coming soon...) available. All rooms are equipped with fly screens and external shutters and dogs are welcome and travel free of charge. For the safety of the children and your beloved four-legged friends, the garden plot is completely fenced at 1.60 m & escape-proof - double rod mats with undermining protection. There are no other dogs on the right or left of the neighbouring plots and you can enjoy the wide, unobstructed view of meadows, fields and woods from the terrace. If you get up early enough in the morning, you might even be able to watch deer running past.
- The surrounding lakes offer numerous bathing opportunities. These include the Schaalsee (8 km), the Neuenkirchener See (3 km) and the Boissower See (2 km). Many cycling and hiking trails - State capital Schwerin (30 km) with Schwerin Castle and Schwerin Zoo - Baltic Sea coast (70 km) - Hanseatic city of Wismar and the neighbouring island of Poel with its harbours and other cultural sights. Wellness centre Wonnemar Wismar. Specially designated dog beaches in Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek - Hamburg (80 km) - The Hanseatic city of LĂŒbeck (55 km) is not only famous for its marzipan or the Holsten Gate, but is also close to the Baltic seaside resort of TravemĂŒnde and the Sand World - Sand Sculpture Festival.
The house has a carport with three parking spaces. Further parking spaces are of course available on a paved area in front of the house. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed and welcome by prior arrangement. For the safety of your pets, the garden plot is completely fenced in at 1.60 m and is escape-proof.
