The living space includes a corner sofa, two armchairs, and a television with German channels. Adjacent to this area is a partially glazed terrace furnished with rattan furniture, providing access to a relaxing corner with a Hollywood swing. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available. A sauna house with its own terrace is located just a short distance away. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the property is smoke-free. Optional bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee.
